Power supply apparatus

A power supply apparatus includes a battery pack for an electric vehicle, and an interface unit that couples the battery pack and a plurality of electrical devices. The interface unit includes a branch connector provided with a coupling unit and a plurality of fuses. The coupling unit allows coupling wires to join. Each of the coupling wires is coupled to a corresponding one of electrical devices. Each of the plurality of fuses is disposed in a corresponding one of coupling wires. The interface unit also includes a battery pack connector that is able to be coupled to the branch connector. In a state in which the branch connector is coupled to the battery pack connector, the power supply apparatus is configured to be able to supply electric power from the battery pack to each of the plurality of electrical devices via the coupling unit.

A fuse holder includes a movable tab, a base, and a cover. A stud is affixed to the movable tab and secures a terminal of a bolt-down fuse. A second stud is affixed to the base and secures a second terminal of the bolt-down fuse. The base has a channel into which the movable tab is slidably inserted. The cover connects to the base and is located over the stud and the second stud.

Multiple-use interlocking fused power and grounding distribution block

Apparatus for enabling distribution of electric power, fusing, and/or ground connection in electrical systems is provided. The apparatus may include an extensible, interlocking, modular block of multiple-use modules. Each module may be configured to include a fuse or a link bar mounted within it. Each module may accept multiple sizes and types of fuses. Each module may be configured to include an external link bar for providing an electrical connection to at least one other module. MODULAR SINGLE BOLT FUSE HOLDER

Provided herein are modular fuse holders for single bolt fuses. In some approaches, a fuse holder may include a base having a lower wall and a set of sidewalls, the lower wall including a plurality of bolt openings provided therethrough. The fuse holder may further include a cover securable with the base, the cover including an upper wall and a set of outer walls, the outer walls including a plurality of cable openings, wherein the base and the cover define an interior cavity for housing a bolt assembly. In some approaches, the fuse holder may include a busbar atop the lower wall of the base, the busbar including a set of openings aligned with one or more of the bolt openings of the lower wall. In some embodiments, a side cover may extend over some of the plurality of cable openings in the outer wall of the cover.

Modular single bolt fuse holder

Provided herein are modular fuse holders for single bolt fuses. In some approaches, a fuse holder may include a base having a lower wall and a set of sidewalls, the lower wall including a plurality of bolt openings provided therethrough. The fuse holder may further include a cover securable with the base, the cover including an upper wall and a set of outer walls, the outer walls including a plurality of cable openings, wherein the base and the cover define an interior cavity for housing a bolt assembly. In some approaches, the fuse holder may include a busbar atop the lower wall of the base, the busbar including a set of openings aligned with one or more of the bolt openings of the lower wall. In some embodiments, a side cover may extend over some of the plurality of cable openings in the outer wall of the cover.
