Safety device for emergency shut-down of an electric instantaneous water heater
A safety device for emergency shut-down of an electric instantaneous water heater. The safety device includes a contact and a counter contact, which are set up to conduct the current for supplying the instantaneous water heater in a contacted state and to interrupt the power supply of the instantaneous water heater in an open state. Further, the safety device includes a mounting device for mounting the counter contact on a tie rod, wherein the tie rod is set up to release the mounting device and the counter contact 4 from the contact to interrupt a power supply of the instantaneous water heater. The contact of the safety device is implemented as a contact rivet which is integrated directly into a circuit board.
Rivet-type contact and method for manufacturing the same
A rivet-type contact of the present invention has a head part made of a contact material, and a leg part narrower than the head part in width and configured to be deformed at fixation. The leg part includes a flange part larger than the leg part in diameter, in an end part of the side of the head part, the flange part is embedded in the head part such that a lower end surface of the flange part and a lower end surface of the head part become approximately flat, and a length (l) between an endmost part of the flange part and a starting point of the leg part satisfies l<L with respect to a length (L) between an endmost part of the head part and the starting point of the leg part. Specifically, it is favorable that l satisfies 0.5 L≤l≤0.9 L with respect to L.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed contact module including a fixed contact, a movable contact module including a movable contact disposed to face the fixed contact, an armature formed of a magnetic material and configured to move the movable contact module to bring the movable contact into and out of contact with the fixed contact, and an electromagnet configured to generate a magnetic field to move the armature. At least one of the fixed contact module and the movable contact module includes a joint at which different components are joined by riveting, and a film with a thermal conductivity higher than, the thermal conductivity of the fixed contact module and the movable contact module is formed on at least one of the fixed contact module and the movable contact module including the joint.
Light-emitting assembly for keyboard
A light-emitting assembly positioned within a switch housing of a keyboard assembly for an electronic device is disclosed. The light-emitting assembly may include a phosphor structure, a transparent material positioned on opposing side surfaces of the phosphor structure, and an epoxy layer formed over an entire back surface of the phosphor structure and the transparent material. The light-emitting assembly may also include a mask layer formed over an entire top surface of: the phosphor structure, the transparent material, and the epoxy layer. The light-emitting assembly may further include a light source positioned within the phosphor structure for emitting a light.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a movable terminal including a movable contact, a fixed terminal including a fixed contact that faces the movable contact, first irons disposed on one of the fixed terminal and the movable terminal, and a second iron disposed on another one of the fixed terminal and the movable terminal such that the second iron at least partially overlaps both of the first irons.
Pressure switch system
A pressure switch including: a spring blade; a ram pin having an angled bottom surface and laterally restrained in movement, where upward movement of the ram pin engages the spring blade such that the spring blade snap deflects to an engaged position, and where downward movement of the ram pin engages the spring blade such that the spring blade snap deflects to an unengaged position; a ball bearing in contact with the angled bottom surface of the ram pin; and an adjustment screw laterally restraining the ball bearing in movement, where a lateral inward movement of the adjustment screw relative to an outside surface of the pressure switch causes an upward movement of the ram pin, and where a lateral outward movement of the adjustment screw relative to the outside surface of the pressure switch causes a downward movement of the ram pin.
Specifically, it is favorable that l satisfies 0.5Ll0.9 L with respect to L.
