Keyboard stabilizer adapted for noise reduction
A keyboard stabilizer is adapted to reduce the clanking and rattling sounds that it makes during operation. The invention takes advantage of the surprising result that adhesive, in proper amounts, can act as a sound dampener. First, a circumferential score is cut near each tip of the wire. Second, adhesive is applied to several critical points on the housings, stems, and wire. Third, lubricant is applied to several critical points on the housings, stems, and wire. The stabilizer is then assembled from the prepared parts.
Waterproof film and keyboard thereof
A waterproof film includes a film reinforcing layer, a light shielding layer, a texture layer, and a pattern. The light shielding layer is combined under the film reinforcing layer and forms a plurality of protruding structures cooperatively with the film reinforcing layer by a hot pressing process. The texture layer is attached to a release film and then formed on a top surface and a side surface of each protruding structure after a hot pressing process is performed and the release film is then peeled. The pattern is formed on the texture layer or the light shielding layer.
PROTECTIVE MEMBER AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
A protective member includes a protective film having a base material layer and an adhesive layer, and a separator that is attached to the entire side of the adhesive layer before using the protective film and that partly peels off from the adhesive layer and the rest does not peel off when using the protective film. When the protective film is attached to a display surface provided on the overlay cover and a surface of a front panel where a top surface of a push plate of a push-type switch is exposed from an opening of the overlay cover, the adhesive layer is attached to a part of the surface of the overlay cover and is not adhered to the upper surface of the push plate of the push-type switch and a periphery of the upper surface.
Method for manufacturing keycaps of capped keyboard apparatus
A method for manufacturing keycaps of a capped keyboard apparatus is disclosed. The proposed method includes: (a) providing a cover layer and plural keycap main bodies, wherein the cover layer includes plural units, and each the unit has an upper surface with a character; (b) putting the plural keycap main bodies on a fixture; (c) shaping the cover layer on the fixture and attaching each the unit to a corresponding one of the plural keycap main bodies; and (d) cutting the cover layer to obtain plural keycaps independent of one another.

DOME SWITCH AND SMART CARD
A dome switch includes a first release membrane, a dome, a shim, and a second release membrane, the dome is mounted at an underside of the first release membrane, the second release membrane seals one end of a through opening of the shim, when the dome switch is mounted on a circuit board, a sealed space can be formed, ensuring that in the manufacture process of a smart card, the glue will not flow into the dome and hence the second release membrane will not be connected and adhered to the glue within the card, which may otherwise result in poor hand-tactile impression of the switch. The dome switch and the smart card with the dome switch presents good hand-tactile impression; the production rate is high and the rejection rate and the production cost are low.
LAMINATION ARRANGEMENT FOR THE LAMINATING OF A SWITCH IN A VEHICLE
A lamination arrangement for laminating a switch in a vehicle including at least one first layer that with one surface forms a visible side of the lamination arrangement, and at least one second layer. The at least one second layer is disposed opposite the visible side and at least partially under the first layer. The first and second layers are elastically deformable such that the actuation of at least one switch is made possible by exertion of force on the visible side. The at least one switch is disposed under the second layer.
