PUSH SWITCH
A push switch includes a movable contact including a dome part that is shaped like a dome and configured to be inverted in shape when pressed, and a fixed contact including a first fixed contact, the movable contact being configured to be brought into contact with and away from the first fixed contact. The push switch is configured such that an operating load necessary to press the movable contact gradually increases after the movable contact starts to be pressed, decreases thereafter when the dome part is inverted, and increases again when the movable contact is further pressed, and the dome part contacts the first fixed contact after an inflection point at which the decreased operating load starts to increase again.
CONTROLLER AND KEY STRUCTURE
A controller includes a key top, a substrate, and an elastic member. The elastic member includes a pressed portion, a base, a skirt portion, and a pressing member. The substrate includes a contact. When viewed in the first direction, the pressing member is surrounded by an outer peripheral edge of a prescribed region. In the second direction, a distance between an end of the outer peripheral edge of the prescribed region on a side of a swing center of the key top and an end of a top surface on the side of the swing center is longer than a distance between an end of the outer peripheral edge of the prescribed region opposite to the swing center and an end of the top surface opposite to the swing center. In the second direction, the contact is located closer to the swing center than the top surface.
DOME-SHAPED PUSH SWITCH
A dome-shaped push switch includes a sheet and a conducting layer disposed at a low surface of the sheet. The sheet has a pressing portion arching upward. The conducting layer is disposed at a lower surface of the sheet. The conductivity of the sheet is greater than that of the sheet. The pressing portion includes at least one through hole penetrating through the pressing portion. The through hole has a side wall, the side wall sequentially has a shear surface and a tear surface from bottom up, and a fillet is provided between the shear surface and a lower surface of the pressing portion.
Movable contact body for switch, and switch
The movable contact body for a switch includes at least one movable contact having an upwardly convex leaf-spring shape, a cover member disposed so as to cover an upper surface of the movable contact, and a holding member disposed so as to face a lower surface of the movable contact, the holding member having a contact through-hole through which a top portion of the movable contact can pass.
PUSH SWITCH
A push switch includes a case having a housing space with an upper opening, fixed contacts provided at a bottom of the housing space in the case, a movable contact member having a dome-shaped member, the movable contact member being disposed in the housing space, and having a central portion that is brought into contact with the fixed contacts by inverting the movable contact member in response to the movable contact member being pushed by an operator, and a pushing member is disposed above the movable contact member, and the pushing member is configured to push the movable contact portion directly or through other portions upon being pushed by the operator. The pushing member pushes a portion being situated outside of a central portion of the movable contact member directly or through other portions.
Push switch
A push switch having the contact piece including a support part supported on a base member, a movable contact part, and an interconnection part interconnecting the support part and the movable contact part. The movable contact part is movable between a position contacting a first fixed contact part and a position separate from the first fixed contact part. The contact piece is configured so that, when a pressure reception member is pushed to be moved closer to a specific surface of the base member to cause change in shape of the movable member, the interconnection part is pushed by the movable member and the movable contact part is moved along operation directions. The movable contact part located at a position facing a through hole in the operation directions. The movable contact part has a size and shape to be allowed to pass through the through hole in the operation directions.
