Other portions of the keycaps define a glyph or support structure for the top layer. Features such as angle filters and partially reflective materials are implemented to improve the visibility, contrast, and reflectivity of the keycaps. Multiple methods are used to bend or otherwise modify rigid transparent materials such as glass in order to add surface features and to improve aesthetics of the keycaps of a keyboard.

A keypad overlay for credit card machines includes a main panel, a lateral wall, a connector wall, a plurality of button receiving features, a first attachment hole, and a second attachment hole. The connector wall and the lateral wall are perimetrically positioned around the main panel. The connector wall is terminally connected to the main panel. A selection controller for manual selection of an operating mode and/or operating characteristics of an audio control device is disposed within an interior of a vehicle. The selection controller includes a selector element that is designed to allow a user to make the manual selection. The selecting element can be arranged at least in a first position that is not elevated from a control surface of the audio control device and in a second position that is elevated from the control surface of the audio control device.

The membrane, the switch, the switch actuator or a combination thereof can be repositioned from a first position to a second position so that a different tactile feel is present through the membrane corresponding to a second electrical state.

The system includes a personal media streaming appliance system configured to connect to a media delivery system and receive media content from the media delivery system at least via a cellular network. The personal media streaming appliance system operates to transmit a media signal representative to the received media content to a vehicle media playback system so that the vehicle media playback system operates to play the media content in the vehicle.

Also, a contact element is formed and arranged for establishing electric contact with the contact nose. Moreover, the housing element accommodates the contact element, the contactor unit and the actuation element, wherein the actuation element and/or the cam nose includes a constructive element formed to deflect the contact nose from a rest position adjacent to the contact element in the direction along and/or transverse to the movement axis upon a defined movement of the actuation element, then abruptly release it so that the movable contact nose returns to the rest position and strikes the contact element and/or the housing element. Electric contact with the contact element is established and acoustic noise is produced.
