A backlight module adapted to an illuminated keyboard is provided. The backlight module includes a light source assembly, a light guide film, and a reflective sheet. The light guide film has a top surface, a bottom surface, a through hole and a light-exit pattern. The light source assembly includes a light-emitting component configured to emit light toward the through hole. A size of the through hole is smaller than a size of the light-emitting component. The light-exit pattern is on the bottom surface and encloses the through hole. The reflective sheet is located above the through hole. A size of the reflective sheet is larger than or equal to the size of the through hole. A distance from the through hole to an outer edge of the light-exit pattern is greater than a distance from to the through hole to an outer edge of the reflective sheet.

An illuminated keyswitch includes a keycap, a pair of frames adapted to support the keycap in an up-down movement, the pair of frames disposed corresponding to each other and substantially rotatably coupled to each other to define an inner space under the keycap, a pair of elastic members connecting the pair of frames to be located at two opposite sides of the inner space, respectively, and an illumination light source disposed between the pair of elastic members in the inner space and adapted to provide an illumination light. During the up-down movement of the keycap, a vertical projection of the pair of frames surrounds the inner space without interfering therewith, so the illumination light passes the inner space to illuminate the keycap.

The light guide film has a top surface, a bottom surface, a through hole, a light-incident pattern and a light-exit pattern. The light source assembly includes a light-emitting component configured to emit light toward the through hole. A size of the through hole is smaller than a size of the light-emitting component. The light-incident pattern is located on at least one of the top surface and the bottom surface. The light-exit pattern is located on the bottom surface. A distance from the through hole to the light-exit pattern is greater than a distance from the through hole to the light-incident pattern.

A key module including a base, a circuit layer, at least one light-transmission key body, and a display panel is provided. The circuit layer is disposed at the base and has at least one input portion. The light-transmission key body has an abutting end and a pressing end opposite to each other. The abutting end abuts the base, and the light-transmission key body is adapted to be pressed downward by taking the abutting end as a rotation axis, such that the pressing end presses the input portion. The display panel is disposed at the base and has at least one display region, the display region is aligned with the light-transmission key body, and an image displayed on the display region by the display panel is changeable.

The light guiding plate includes an accommodating groove corresponding to the opaque region. The accommodating groove has a first sidewall, a second sidewall, a first light divergence segment and a second light divergence segment. The first light divergence segment and the second light divergence segment are disposed on the first sidewall and the second sidewall, respectively. The first light emitting component and the second light emitting component are located in the accommodating groove and are disposed toward the first sidewall and the second sidewall, respectively. The light beams are injected into the light guiding plate via the first and the second light divergence segment.
