A key structure includes a base plate, a key pedestal, a switch element and a keycap. The key pedestal includes an opening and at least one elastic element. The keycap includes a triggering post and at least one contacting part. The key pedestal is installed on the base plate. The switch element is installed on the base plate and disposed within the opening of the key pedestal. The triggering post of the keycap is inserted into the opening of the key pedestal. The switch element can be triggered by the triggering post. The elastic element of the key pedestal is aligned with the corresponding contacting part. The contacting part of the keycap is continuously pushed against the corresponding elastic element of the key pedestal. Consequently, the keycap is maintained in a horizontal state and not tilted.

OPERATOR CONTROL DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE, IN PARTICULAR A PASSENGER MOTOR VEHICLE
20170316897 · 2017-11-02 · ·

A base element and at least one switching element are included in an operator control device which may be disposed in a vehicle. By closing at least one electrical contact, the switching element is moveable from a first position into a second position relative to the base element. The operator control device can also include at least one pushbutton switch moveable relative to the base element between a position of rest and at least one activation position. The operator control device can further include at least one restoring element, formed of silicone and supported on the base element and on the pushbutton switch, which can be elastically deformed by moving the pushbutton switch from the position of rest into the activation position. Using the restoring element, the pushbutton switch can be moved from the activation position into the position of rest by relaxing the restoring element.

THREE-POSITION VACUUM SWITCH FOR REALIZING EXTERNAL GROUNDING OF LOAD SIDE BY USING CONNECTED BUSBAR
20170301491 · 2017-10-19 ·

A three-position vacuum switch for realizing external grounding of a load side by using a connected busbar overcomes the problems in the prior art that load side grounding is realized depending on the opening and closing of a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, a misoperation easily occurs because an operator cannot see the grounding situation intuitively, and when an operating mechanism machine has a problem, it needs to have a grounding line plugged in externally, which cause inconvenient operations and huge safety risks, characterized in that a connected busbar is hinged on front and back sides of a load socket, the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is connected to the connected busbar by using a pin, the connected busbar is electrically connected to a grounding socket to realize primary grounding, and the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is electrically connected to the grounding socket to realize auxiliary grounding.

Push switch and switch module

Provided are a switch module and a push switch that have a soft sensation when pressed. A push switch and a switch module have a substrate, a first fixed contact point disposed on the substrate surface, a second fixed contact point disposed around the first fixed contact point on the substrate surface, a convex dome-shaped upper spring disposed on the substrate surface so that an end part is in contact with the second fixed contact point, the upper spring being pressed so as to invert the dome shape and to establish conduction between the first fixed contact point and the second fixed contact point, and a lower spring disposed below the upper spring, the lower spring adjusting the operation load applied to the upper spring during inversion of the dome shape.

SWITCH
20170221649 · 2017-08-03 ·

A switch includes a switch housing having a receiving space, a conductive fixed contact element and a conductive active contact element which are provided in the receiving space and being electrically connected to two terminals of the switch respectively, an actuating member reciprocating movable in a predetermined actuating direction between a rest position and an actuated position, and a conductive spring contact element movable with the actuating element. The spring contact element is in constant contact with the fixed contact element and switched between a state of being in contact with a conductive contact surface of the active contact element and a state of being disconnecting with the conductive contact surface of the active contact element. The actuating element is moved back from the actuated position to the rest position due to spring force of the spring contact element.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION SWITCHING DEVICE HAVING A SWITCHING POSITION DISPLAY
20170323741 · 2017-11-09 ·

An electrical installation switching device has an insulating material housing; a switching knob protruding beyond the housing on a housing front face and able to pivot between a switched-on and switched-off position about a first pivot axis; a magnetic short circuit current and/or a thermal excess current trigger; a contact site formed from a fixed and a moveable contact piece, a switching lock having a latching site and being triggerable by an excess and/or short circuit current using the trigger when unlatching the latching site; an operator pivotable between a release and an operating position about a second pivot axis, aligned parallel to the first pivot axis, switching knob having an operating contour, the operator and operating contour cooperating by triggering the switching lock using the trigger when the operator pivots about the second pivot axis to hold the knob in an intermediate position between the on and off position.

FOLDED KEY STABILIZER

Key assemblies having a foldable stabilizer are disclosed. The stabilizer can be positioned under a keycap to help guide the keycap and limit rotation or movement when the key is pressed. The stabilizer can have a pointed-star shape with multiple folding axes and can have multiple points of connection or linkage to the keycap or other surrounding components. The stabilizer can unfold or flatten as the keycap is pressed and can fold as the keycap is raised.

Key Structure and Electronic Device

A key structure includes a housing, a mounting seat, a key component, a clamping holder, a switch device, and a flexible printed circuit, where the mounting seat is mounted on the housing, the clamping holder and the key component are both mounted on the mounting seat; and the switch device is mounted on the clamping holder. The mounting seat and the clamping holder are between the switch device and the key component.

AUDIO KEYBOARD BUTTON WITH VARYING OUTPUT
20230245842 · 2023-08-03 ·

There is provided a button for varying output based on force applied. The button comprises: a contact pad with at least two contacts, the contacts being arranged in a complementary pattern of interdigitated fingers with a separation therebetween; and an actuator and a conductive layer, the conductive layer being located between a base of the actuator and the contact pad and being independent of the actuator and contact pad, the base of the actuator being shaped to increase the surface area of the conductive layer in contact with the contacts as the actuator is pushed towards the contact pad. This increases current flow between the contacts in use as the force applied to the actuator increases.
