Embodiments included herein are directed towards an apparatus for actuating a switch of an operator control device, and related methods. Embodiments of the present disclosure may include a trigger shaped to mate with the operator control device. The trigger may include an integrated preload portion formed, at least in part, within the trigger. The trigger may further include an integrated actuator portion formed, at least in part, at an interfacing portion of the trigger. The integrated actuator portion may be configured to interface with the switch of the operator control device.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Buttons (41A, 41B) have a button moving part (42) disposed in front of a circuit board (51) and allowed to move in a front-back direction, and guided parts (42e) moving in conjunction with the button moving part (42). The buttons (41A, 41B) cause the button moving part (42) to operate a switch (52) of the circuit board (51). Guide parts (21E, 21F) are disposed along the guided parts (42e) and restrict the direction in which the button moving part (42) moves. The guide parts (21E, 21F) and the guided parts (42e) have portions located back of a front surface (51a) of the circuit board (51). This structure effectively prevents the buttons from tilting when they are operated.
Control device sensor rotation
A control device which allows an operator/user to follow the user's anatomical movement by following natural hand rotation, includes two independent detection sensors or sensor portions embedded in two different parts of the device, one in a fixed part and one in a mobile or rotative part, with resistance to mutual disturbance between the two. The device includes a knob portion rotatable about an axis of rotation, at least one sensor configured to sense a rotational position of the knob in relation to the axis of rotation, circuitry adapted to at least provide electrical power to the rotative knob portion, circuitry adapted to transmit the sensed rotational position of the knob, and a base portion rotatably coupled to the knob portion.
SWITCH BUTTON FOR AN ENDOSCOPE
An endoscope including a handle housing having apertures for legs of an operating part, an electrical switch positioned in the handle housing and having a carrier board having apertures for the legs. The operating part includes a finger pad having a finger surface, a ring connected to and extending from the finger pad, the ring having a plunger aperture, legs connected to and extending from the ring, the legs each having a spacer section and an electrical switch retention protrusion. The legs traverse the apertures of the handle housing and the carrier board to secure the electrical switch to the housing handle. The finger pad comprises elastically deformable material configured to extend toward and cause actuation of the electrical switch, when pressure is applied and to return to a rest position when pressure is released.
Display device
A display device includes a display panel, a frame disposed on a rear surface of the display panel, a plurality of panel magnets disposed in the frame, a plurality of panel ferromagnetic substances disposed on both side surfaces of each of the plurality of magnets, and a connecting module disposed on the rear surface of the display panel and having a connecting plate for supplying power to the display panel, in which the connecting plate is configured to protrude outside the frame or be positioned more inward than the rear surface of the frame depending on the detachment from the panel ferromagnetic substances of the connecting module.
Universal control button for control panel
A control button which includes a button head having an upper end acting as a pressing surface for initiating an action, and a lower end having at least one electrical connector; an internal button body into which the button head can be inserted; an external button body comprising an upper end and a lower end, the upper end being open for the insertion of the internal button body such that it comes into abutment and the pressing surface of the button head protrudes, and such that the at least one electrical connector emerges from the lower end of the external button body, the flanks of the external button body between the upper end and the lower end not being solid and having material openings, the open structure of the external button body allowing compression of the external body along the axis of the button, the control button being wherein the lower base of the external body of the button has housings for accommodating different contacts of the internal body of the button when the latter is inserted.
Integrated electronic switch and control module for a power tool
An electronic switch and control module for a power tool having an electric motor is provided. The module includes a module housing including a bottom surface, side walls, and an open face, a printed circuit board (PCB) received from the open face of the module housing and securely disposed within the module housing at a distance from the bottom surface of the module housing; power switches mounted on a top surface of the PCB, and heat sinks discretely arranged and each mounted over a respective one of the plurality of power switches and secured to the top surface of the PCB to transfer heat away from the power switch through the open face of the module housing. The module further includes an input unit having conductive tracks disposed on the PCB and an electro-mechanical element engaging the plurality of conductive tracks, the input unit generating a signal for controlling a switching operation of the plurality of power switches, and a controller mounted on the PCB configured to control the switching operation of the power switches based on the signal from the input unit.
Push button keyboard device
A keyboard device is disclosed. The keyboard device includes a base, a key top, a film actuator, a position sensor, and a controller. The key top is movably arranged on the upper surface side of the base. Disposed between the base and the key top, the film actuator bends according to an applied voltage. Also disposed between the base and the key top, the position sensor detects a position of the key top. The controller applies a voltage to the film actuator in order to generate a repulsive force corresponding to the position of the key top detected by the position sensor.
SLIM-TYPE KEYBOARD
A slim-type keyboard includes a first flexible layer, a pressed frame and a circuit board assembly. The first flexible layer includes plural pressed regions. The pressed frame includes plural cantilever strips. The circuit board assembly includes plural dome switches. The plural cantilever strips are covered by the first flexible layer. The pressed regions are aligned with the cantilever strips and the dome switches, respectively. When one of the pressed regions is pressed, the cantilever strip is pushed down to trigger the corresponding dome switch. Each cantilever strip includes a U-shaped groove and a suspension end. The U-shaped groove opens to the suspension end. Consequently, the tactile feel of pressing the cantilever strip is improved.
OPERATOR CONTROL DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE, IN PARTICULAR A PASSENGER MOTOR VEHICLE
A base element and at least one switching element are included in an operator control device which may be disposed in a vehicle. By closing at least one electrical contact, the switching element is moveable from a first position into a second position relative to the base element. The operator control device can also include at least one pushbutton switch moveable relative to the base element between a position of rest and at least one activation position. The operator control device can further include at least one restoring element, formed of silicone and supported on the base element and on the pushbutton switch, which can be elastically deformed by moving the pushbutton switch from the position of rest into the activation position. Using the restoring element, the pushbutton switch can be moved from the activation position into the position of rest by relaxing the restoring element.
