SWITCH UNIT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SWITCH SUBSTRATE
A switch unit includes a substrate, which includes a hard layer and a soft layer; a first contact point above the soft layer; a second contact point around the first contact point; a conduction spring member which is elastically deformable into contact with the first contact point to make a conduction between the first contact point and the second contact point; a first external electrode; a first through-hole electrode which is electrically connected to the first contact point; and a first wiring pattern, which is electrically connected to the first external electrode and the first through-hole electrode.
Keyboard
A keyboard includes a base plate, a plurality of key structures, and a light emitting assembly. The base plate includes a body and a plurality of optically transmissive members. The body has a plurality of hollow portions. The optically transmissive members are contained in the hollow portions, respectively. Each of the optically transmissive members has a light guiding portion and a plurality of connecting structures. The key structures correspond to the optically transmissive members, respectively. One of the key structures is connected to the connecting structures of one of the optically transmissive members. The light emitting assembly includes a driver circuit board and a plurality of light emitting units. The light emitting units are located on the driver circuit board. The driver circuit board is located on one of the surfaces of the base plate. The light emitting units are contained in the light guiding portion, respectively.

Key switch device
One aspect provides a key switch device including: a base plate; a sheet laminated on the base plate; a key top disposed above the sheet; and an elastic dome that is disposed between the sheet and the key top and is configured to press the sheet in response to the key top being pressed down. Other aspects are described and claimed.
Illuminated keyboard
The present invention provides an illuminated keyboard, including a plurality of keys, a metal plate, a thin film circuit board, and a backlight module. The metal plate includes a plurality of metal domes, disposed below the keys, and correspondingly located above a plurality of electrical contact parts of the thin film circuit board. When a user presses each of the keys downward, the metal dome properly moves downward to get in contact with the corresponding electrical contact part to conduct the electrical contact part and generate a corresponding key signal. The backlight module is disposed below the thin film circuit board, and a plurality of light beams emitted from the backlight module is projected to the keys.
Membrane switch and method of manufacturing the same
A membrane switch and a method of manufacturing the same, includes upper and lower membranes printed with upper and lower conductive dots and an isolation layer between them, holes being opened in the isolation layer corresponding to the dots, the isolation layer is bonded with the upper and lower membranes respectively via the glue coated on the upper surface and the lower surface thereof; and the glue may employ hot melt glue. This method of manufacturing the membrane switch includes a coating the upper surface and/or lower surface of the isolation layer exclusive of the positions of the holes with glue; bonding and adhering the sides of the upper membrane and the lower membrane printed with the conductive dots and respectively to the upper surface and the lower surface of the isolation layer via glue, making the positions of the conductive dots and the holes corresponding to each other.
