KEY STRUCTURE AND KEYBOARD MODULE
The disclosure provides a key structure, which includes a support, a keycap, a linkage, a circuit layer, and a trigger mechanism. The keycap can be lifted and lowered above the support. The linkage is movably connected to the support and the keycap. The support is located between the circuit layer and the linkage. The trigger mechanism is disposed between the circuit layer and the keycap. The key structure of the disclosure provides a disposition of a support spaced circuit layer and a linkage.
Elastic body for keyswitch assembly and keyswitch assembly
The present invention disclosed an elastic body for keyswitch assembly, comprising a body and identification marks. The body has an annular base and an elastic pressing part, and the elastic pressing part is disposed on the annular base. The identification marks are disposed on the side of the annular base. Therefore, the mold producing poor elastic body and cavities on it can be identified by the identification marks on the elastic body, so damaged cavities can be repaired quickly and effectively then. The location and means of marking of the identification marks does not affect the adhesion of the elastic body to the prefabricated thin film circuit board. The present invention further provides a keyswitch assembly comprising the elastic body of the present invention.
Button
A button is disclosed. The button includes: a lower button shell, which is a hollow structure with an upper opening, and is provided with a first sliding pin hole through a side wall of the lower button shell; an upper button shell, which is a hollow structure with a lower opening, wherein a side wall of the upper button shell is provided with a second sliding pin hole, the upper button shell is sleeved on the lower button shell, and the second sliding pin hole is directly opposite to the first sliding pin hole; a moveable tray, which is located at a central position in the lower button shell; a sliding arm, one end of which is rotatably connected to the moveable tray; a sliding pin, which is located in the lower button shell.

Mechanical keyboard with modular removable switches support
A mechanical keyboard includes printed circuit boards (PCBs), each having a pin holder; and a hole; mechanical switches to removably engage with the printed circuit boards, each of the mechanical switches having a body; a pin extending from the body to engage with the pin holder; a pillar extending from the body to engage with the hole; and a compressible switch extending upward from the body and associated with the pillar; a plurality of keys to engage with the compressible switch of the mechanical switches; the plurality of mechanical switches are to be removed from the PCBs by hand.
Key structure
A key structure includes a movable support element, a keycap, and a fitting portion. The keycap includes a top surface, a bottom surface, and a rim, the bottom surface is jointed with the movable support element, and a periphery of the top surface extends downward to form the rim. The fitting portion is located on the rim, and operated by an operation body to separate the keycap from the movable support element.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR RECONDITIONING REMOTE CONTROLS
The invention relates to a method for reconditioning a remote control (1) with a housing consisting of an upper shell (2) and a lower shell (3), and a printed circuit board (21) carrying raised keys (5) for triggering control signals by pressure, the raised keys (5) penetrating the upper shell (2), said method comprising: removing (52) the upper shell (2) and the lower shell (3); blasting (55) at least one of the raised keys (5) on the printed circuit board (21) with an antibacterial abrasive; and inserting (58) the printed circuit board (21) with the raised keys (5) supported thereon between a new upper shell (2) and a new lower shell (3).
Electronic apparatus comprising at least one luminous button and method for assembling such an apparatus
An electronic apparatus and a method of assembling the electronic apparatus having a chassis inserted into a housing having a face parallel to the direction of insertion of the chassis in the housing provided with push buttons with light guides projecting into the housing. An electronic board is mounted in the chassis so as to extend parallel to said face of the housing and is provided with switches in order to interact with the push buttons and light sources surrounded by a light-tight frame receiving the free end of the light guides. The light-tight frame has a height which decreases in a direction of separation from the chassis, and the light guides have a height which decreases in the opposite direction so as only to be in contact with one another once the chassis has been completely inserted into the housing.
