Switch for vehicle and vehicle
The invention relates to the field of switches, and particularly provides a switch for a vehicle and a vehicle. The invention aims to solve the problem of an uneven gap between a switch and an interior trim panel of an existing vehicle. To this end, the vehicle according to the invention comprises a surface housing, the surface housing is provided with a groove, the switch is disposed in the groove, the switch comprises a pressing rod assembly, the pressing rod assembly comprises a rocking bar and a connecting piece, the rocking bar is rotatably connected to the connecting piece, and the connecting piece is fixedly connected to the groove. When the pressing rod assembly is installed, because no member for positioning the pressing rod assembly is available, the pressing rod assembly can be installed at any position in a transverse direction of the groove. Therefore, when the groove deviates due to the existence of tolerance, the position tolerance of the groove is absorbed by a position change of the pressing rod assembly, which is more conducive to adjusting a gap between the groove and the pressing rod assembly and can ensure uniformity of the gap between the groove and the pressing rod assembly.
KEYBOARD AND BACKLIGHT MODULE
A keyboard includes a base plate, a plurality of keys and a backlight module. The base plate has a short axis direction and a long axis direction. The keys are disposed on the base plate. The backlight module is disposed on the base plate and includes a shielding sheet, a light guide plate and a reflecting sheet. The light guide plate is disposed on a lower surface of the shielding sheet. The light guide plate includes a plurality of light guide structures corresponding to the keys respectively. Each of the light guide structures includes a ring portion and at least one bend line portion. The bend line portion connects to the ring portion, and the ring portion is formed by a plurality of bending portions. The reflecting sheet is disposed below the light guide plate.
KEY MODULE
A key module includes a base plate, a circuit layer and a lifting mechanism. The circuit layer is disposed on the base plate. The lifting mechanism is pivotally connected with the base plate relative to the circuit layer, and the lifting mechanism has an abutment element. The abutment element could interfere with the circuit layer to reduce the noise generated by the key module during operation.
OPERATING DEVICE
An operating device includes: an operating section that rotates about a predetermined axis; and a shaft part to move integrally with the operating section. The shaft part has a first end and a second end projected in directions opposite from each other along the axis. A guide regulates movement of the shaft part in a radial direction. A first regulation part specifies a position of the shaft part in a thrust direction by contacting the first end of the shaft part. A second regulation part is press-contacted to the second end, such that the first end of the shaft part is made to contact the first regulation part. A locking part is arranged integrally with the second regulation part, and restricts the shaft part from separating from the guide, by contacting the second end.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ASSEMBLING BACKLIGHT MODULE
A backlight module assembling method is provided for assembling a backlight module of a luminous keyboard. The backlight module includes a first coupled element and a second coupled element in a stack form. Firstly, a positioning device is provided. After the first coupled element is aligned with a predetermined position of an assembling table surface through the positioning device, the first coupled element is placed on the predetermined position. Then, the first coupled element on the predetermined position is adsorbed according to vacuum adsorption. Consequently, the first coupled element is evenly fixed on the predetermined position. After the first coupled element is evenly fixed on the predetermined position, the second coupled element is aligned with and placed on the first coupled element. Consequently, the second coupled element and the first coupled element are combined together.
Key structure
A key structure includes a bottom plate, a keycap, a lifting mechanism, a thin-film switch layer and a backlight module. The bottom plate has a through hole. The lifting mechanism is pivotally connected to the bottom plate and the keycap. The thin-film switch layer has a reflective structure corresponding to the through hole. The backlight module includes a light source and a reflective layer. The light source is configured to emit light towards the reflective structure. The reflective layer is disposed surrounding the light source to reflect a reflected light from the reflective structure to the thin-film switch layer.

The invention aims to solve the problems of switch zero drift and shaking caused by the existence of a dimensional deviation of a switch of an existing vehicle. To this end, the switch according to the invention comprises a pressing rocking bar, a first push rod, a second push rod, a first elastic member, a second elastic member, a first limiting body, a second limiting body, and a housing, wherein the pressing rocking bar is pivotally connected to the housing; the first push rod and the second push rod respectively run through the first limiting body and the second limiting body and abut against bottoms of a first end and a second end of the pressing rocking bar, and the second push rod abuts against the second limiting body; and the first elastic member and the second elastic member are fixedly arranged and respectively connected to bottoms of the first push rod and the second push rod, torque of the second push rod acting on the second end is greater than torque of the first push rod acting on the first end, and a moving gap is reserved between the first limiting body and the first push rod in a pressing direction of the first push rod. Switch shaking is prevented and switch position accuracy is ensured.
MAGNETICALLY PRELOADED PUSH BUTTON
Push buttons utilizing dome switches are often preloaded to take up any tolerances in the push button design causing a gap and provide consistent tactile feedback to a user. However, conventional push button preload techniques can be costly and difficult to consistently reproduce during push button manufacturing. A new pre-load design does not require pre-depression of the dome switch to close the gap, which permits a more forgiving tolerance to manufacturing variations.
