Electronic kill and physical cover switch
A system includes a frame and a camera coupled to the frame. The camera includes a switch having an on position and an off position. The switch coupled to the frame wherein when the switch is in an off position a portion of the switch covers the lens and the camera is disable and when the switch is in an on position the portion of switch does not cover the lens and the camera is enabled.
Light structure for an electronic device
A light structure for an electronic device includes a first portion permitting user access to a button of the device; and a second portion surrounding the first portion, wherein the second portion permits light from a light source to pass through. The light passing through the second portion varies according to a condition of the electronic device.
Seesaw type operation unit used for zooming operation in video camera and electronic device
A seesaw type operation unit having a new configuration is provided. A swinging member is capable of swinging in a predetermined direction with a rotation axis at a center. An urging member urges the swinging member to a neutral position. A detector includes a rotating portion which is arranged coaxially with the rotation axis and rotates integrally with the swinging member, and outputs a signal depending on a rotation amount of the rotating portion. An operating member receives an operation from an outside and causes the swinging member to rotate in the predetermined direction by the operation. A supporting member rotatably and coaxially supports the swinging member and the operating member. In a case where the operating member is rotated in the predetermined direction, the operating member pushes an end of the swinging member to rotate the operating member, the swinging member, and the rotating portion integrally with one another.
Rotational operation unit and electronic apparatus
A rotational operation unit includes a rotational operation member that is rotatable, an annular magnet configured to integrally rotate with the rotational operation member, and a magnet holding member configured to rotatably hold the magnet and including an undulated portion configured to generate a click sense as the rotational operation member rotates. The magnet includes a positioner configured to determine a position relative to the magnet holding member.

Push-button switch member
A push-button switch member includes: a movable contact and an operation key disposed facing the protruding side thereof, and in contact therewith or spaced therefrom. The movable contact includes: an upper contact portion disposed directly under a key body; an outer fixed portion in the upper contact portion or more outward therefrom in the radial direction, and fixed more outward in the radial direction than the key body; and a non-contacting outer portion provided more outward in the radial direction than the upper contact portion, and disposed to face in a non-contacting state another contact so as to be able to contact another contact which is disposed on an outer side in the radial direction and contacted by the upper contact portion when pushed by the key body. The non-contacting outer portion has a bottom portion for a line contact or a surface contact with another contact.
