A switch device includes an actuation unit, a movable unit, a first base, and a second spring, which is a torsion coil spring that acts between the actuation unit and the movable unit. The movable unit is movable with respect to the base. The second spring applies a force to the actuation unit when the actuation unit is at a third position in a direction that is not parallel to a direction in which the torsion coil spring applies a force to the actuation unit when the actuation unit is at a fourth position.

INDUCED CURRENT-BASED POWER SUPPLY CONTROL

In one example, an electronic device may include an electronic switch connected to a power supply, a controller connected to the electronic switch, an electromagnetic generator connected to the controller, and a power button coupled to the electro-magnetic generator. The electromagnetic generator may generate an induced current when the power button is pressed. Further, the controller may receive the induced current and output a control signal to the electronic switch to enable the electronic switch to control the power supply to the electronic device.

A self-power wireless switch according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a lower body, an upper body rotatably coupled to one side of the lower body through a rotating shaft, a printed circuit board (PCB) comprising a contact unit which is coupled to the upper body and is in contact with a switch member pressed by a user, and a generator disposed on a bottom surface of the PCB and supplying power to the PCB. When the user presses the switch member, while the upper body rotates, a pressure is applied to a generator bar disposed on the generator to generate power.

SELF-POWERED SWITCH INTITATION SYSTEM

A self-powered switching device is provided. In embodiments, the device uses a prestressed flextensional electroactive member to generate a signal for activation of a latching relay. The electroactive member has a piezoelectric element with a convex face and a concave face that may be compressed to generate an electrical pulse. The flextensional electroactive member and associated signal generation circuitry can be hardwired directly to the latching relay or may be coupled to a transmitter for sending an RF signal to a receiver which actuates the latching relay.
