Circuit breaker having equalized poles

The circuit breaker includes two polarities each including two poles connected in parallel, each pole having a switch and a tripping device. Each of the polarities has an equalizer electrically connecting the link between the switch and the tripping device of a first pole and the link between the switch and the tripping device of the second pole.

A method for configuring a modular safety switching apparatus having electronic modules comprises: a) selecting a configuration data set of the apparatus from a database and transmitting the configuration data set to a computing apparatus, wherein the configuration data set is processed by a computer program to generate a target configuration of the apparatus and the electronic modules; b) displaying the target configuration; c) plugging one of the electronic modules into one of the module slots of the module row; d) setting a rotary switch position of one or more rotary switches of the electronic module; e) determining an actual configuration of the electronic module configured according to c) and d); f) comparing the actual configuration with the target configuration; g) displaying whether a deviation exists between the actual configuration and the target configuration; and h) repeating c) to g) for each additional electronic module.

A circuit breaker assembly includes a plurality of circuit breakers each including a housing with a trip mechanism therein and each having an opening in a side of the respective housing. Each trip mechanism has a coupler disc connected thereto. The plurality of circuit breakers are aligned in an end-to-end fashion with a trip member positioned along a side of the housings and connected to the coupler discs such that if the first trip mechanism actuates from a untripped state to a tripped state the trip member actuates the second trip mechanism from a untripped state to a tripped state and vice versa.

PRESSING DEVICE

A pressing device includes a circuit board, a shaft lower cover, a shaft upper cover, and a movable shaft body. The circuit board includes first and second surfaces, a through hole penetrating the surfaces, and an induction coil surrounding the hole. The shaft lower cover includes a lower cover base disposed on the first surface. The shaft upper cover on the lower base includes an opening. The movable shaft body is movably disposed between the shaft upper and lower covers, and includes a movable base partially protruding from an opening and a columnar shaft is connected to an induction member. When the movable shaft body is pressed down, the columnar shaft extends into the hollow shaft base, and the induction member passes through the through hole, causing the induction coil to produce changes of induced current.

A pressing device includes a circuit board, a shaft lower cover, a shaft upper cover, and a movable shaft body. The circuit board includes first and second surfaces, a through hole penetrating the surfaces, and an induction coil surrounding the hole. The shaft lower cover includes a lower cover base disposed on the first surface. The shaft upper cover on the lower base includes an opening.
