Door handle coupler

A coupler between an activator mounted on an enclosure and an electronic protection device located within the enclosure facilitates alignment between the coupler and the electronic protection device during installation and requires no tool for installation. The coupler is positioned over an opening in the electronic protection device and oriented such that a first coupling portion is configured to engage a complementary coupling portion on the electronic protection device. The coupler may be manually mounted, engaging the complementary coupling portions on the door handle coupler and the electronic protection device without requiring a tool for installation. The coupler includes an upper sleeve configured to receive an axle, connected to the activator, that rotates independently of a lower sleeve which is mounted to the electronic protection device, facilitating orientation of the activator on the outside of the enclosure. The coupler provides for local lock-out of the electronic protection device.

MECHANICAL LATCHING DEVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC CONTACTOR

A mechanical latching device of an electromagnetic contactor eliminates a need to adjust a gap between portions mechanically preventing returning of a latch support. A latch support includes a protrusion protruding laterally and formed with a latch surface facing a released side. A rotating member has one end side rotatably supported and the other end side biased toward the protrusion. When the latch support is on the released side, an outer peripheral surface of the other end side contacts with a tip of the protrusion to allow the latch support to be displaced to a closed side. When the latch support is on the closed side, the other end side rotates according to a position of the latch support in a displacement direction, and a tip surface faces the latch surface to mechanically prevent the latch support from returning to the released side at plural positions along the displacement direction.

Mechanical latching system kit for a medium voltage contactor

A mechanical latching accessory kit for a Medium Voltage contactor including one or more movable contacts connected through a mechanical link to a contact actuator moving the one or more movable contacts between a contact open position and a contact closed position. The mechanical latching accessory kit includes: a supporting interface adapted to be fixed to and removed from the Medium Voltage contactor; a latching element movable between a first operating position and a second resting position; a latching actuating system moving the latching element between the first, operating, position and the second, resting, position; the latching element being adapted, when it is in the first operating position, to cooperate with the mechanical link of the Medium Voltage contactor to latch the one or more movable contacts, and, when it is in the second resting position, to release the one or more movable contacts.

Panel device

A panel device includes a protective cover that has an insertion hole for an ON/OFF knob of a molded case circuit breaker and is formed to cover an exposed live part of the molded case circuit breaker and provided with an engaging part at a predetermined portion thereof; a cover support member that openably and closably supports this protective cover; and a cover locking member that engages with the engaging part when the protective cover is closed and restricts turning of the protective cover; wherein any one of the protective cover, the cover support member and the cover locking member is movably provided in conjunction with movement of the ON/OFF knob, and the engaging part and the cover locking member are engaged with each other or released from each other by the movement of the any one of those.

Panel device

A panel device includes a protective cover that has an insertion hole for an ON/OFF knob of a molded case circuit breaker and is formed to cover an exposed live part of the molded case circuit breaker and provided with an engaging part at a predetermined portion thereof; a cover support member that openably and closably supports this protective cover; and a cover locking member that engages with the engaging part when the protective cover is closed and restricts turning of the protective cover; wherein any one of the protective cover, the cover support member and the cover locking member is movably provided in conjunction with movement of the ON/OFF knob, and the engaging part and the cover locking member are engaged with each other or released from each other by the movement of the any one of those.

A mechanical latching accessory kit (1) for a Medium Voltage contactor (100) comprising one or more movable contacts (101) connected through a mechanical link (110) to a contact actuator (102) moving said one or more movable contacts (101) between a contact open position and a contact closed position. The mechanical latching accessory kit (1) comprises: a supporting interface (2) adapted to be fixed to and removed from said Medium Voltage contactor (100); a latching element (3) movable between a first operating position and a second resting position; a latching actuating system (4) moving said latching element (3) between said first, operating, position and said second, resting, position; said latching element (3) being adapted, when it is in said first operating position, to cooperate with the mechanical link (110) of said Medium Voltage contactor (100) to latch said one or more movable contacts (101), and, when it is in said second resting position, to release said one or more movable contacts (101).

The gear train mechanism includes a drive gear drivingly coupled to the handle and a plurality of pinions engaged with the drive gear. The drive gear is arranged to rotate the plurality of pinions in response to a rotation of the handle. The gear train mechanism also includes a rack engaged with the plurality of pinions. The rack is arranged to translate in response to a rotation of the plurality of pinions.
