GAS DENSITY RELAY HAVING SIMULATION CHECK FUNCTION AND SIMULATION CHECK METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed are a gas density relay having a simulation check function and a simulation check method thereof, the gas density relay includes a gas density relay body, a simulation reference signal unit, a simulation check signal unit, a driving contact action mechanism, and an intelligent control unit. The intelligent control unit obtains, according to the check, by the simulation reference signal unit, of a simulation check signal generated by the simulation check signal unit, a current working state of a monitoring part, so as to quantitatively and accurately measure the precision of the gas density relay; by providing the driving contact action mechanism, the gas density relay body generates an alarm and/or a locking contact action to ensure that a contact execution mechanism of the gas density relay body and a contact itself are normal. The present application completes online simulation or virtual check of the gas density relay while being used for monitoring the gas density of a insulation or arc extinguishing electrical equipment, thereby improving working efficiency, reducing operation and maintenance costs, and guaranteeing safe operation of a power grid.
METHOD FOR MODIFYING GAS DENSITY RELAY, AND GAS DENSITY RELAY HAVING ONLINE SELF-CHECKING FUNCTION AND CHECKING METHOD THEREFOR
The present disclosure provides a method for modifying a gas density relay and a gas density relay having an online self-check function and a check method therefor. The gas density relay having an online self-check function is used for high-voltage and medium-voltage electrical devices, and includes a gas density relay body, a gas density detection sensor, a gas path blocking pressure regulation mechanism, an online check contact signal sampling unit and an intelligent control unit. The intelligent control unit controls a blocking member of the gas path blocking pressure regulation mechanism to move, so as to block a gas path between a first interface and a second interface. Moreover, a volume of a sealed cavity changes, a gas pressure of the gas density relay body slowly falls, thereby generating contact action, the contact action is transmitted to the intelligent control unit by means of the online check contact signal sampling unit, and the intelligent control unit detects an alarm and/or blocking contact signal action value and/or return value according to a density value during the contact action, such that check can be completed without maintenance personnel on site, and the reliability and efficiency of a power grid are greatly improved while cost is lowered.
GAS LEAKAGE DETECTION SYSTEM AND GAS LEAKAGE DETECTION METHOD
A gas leakage detection system 1 with high detection accuracy for a remaining gas amount and a gas leakage amount of an insulation gas 28 in a container 27 forming a electrical apparatus 2 is provided. The gas leakage detection system 1 includes: the electrical apparatus 2 including: the container 27 to which a power distribution apparatus 29 is fixed and in which the insulation gas 28 is contained; a plurality of divided spaces 21 in the container 28 divided in parallel with a ground; a plurality of temperature sensors 22 which detects temperature of the insulation gas 28 and which is positioned in the plurality of the divided spaces 22; and a pressure sensor 23 which detects a pressure in the container 27; and a monitor 3 which calculates the remaining gas amount Mg of the insulation gas 28 remaining in the container 27 based on the temperature Ta and Tb of the insulation gas 28 detected by the plurality of the temperature sensors 22 and the pressure Pg of the insulation gas 28 detected by the pressure sensor 23.
MAINTENANCE-FREE GAS DENSITY RELAY AND CROSS-CHECKING METHOD THEREFOR
Provided are a maintenance-free gas density relay and a mutual check method therefor. The maintenance-free gas density relay includes a gas density relay body and first gas density detection sensors which are in communication on gas paths, and an intelligent control unit connected to the gas density relay body and the first gas density detection sensors separately, where the intelligent control unit compares and checks a first pressure value and a second pressure value acquired at the same gas pressure, and/or compares and checks a first temperature value and a second temperature value acquired at the same gas temperature, or compares and checks a first density value and a second density value acquired at the same gas density, and can further upload received data to a background for data comparison by the background. The present disclosure further completes online self-check or mutual check of the gas density relay while being used for monitoring gas density of a gas-insulated or arc-control electrical apparatus, thereby improving efficiency, avoiding maintenance, reducing cost, and ensuring safe operation of a power grid.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WITH ON-LINE SAMPLING VERIFICATION FUNCTION AND VERIFICATION METHOD THEREOF
The application provides an electrical system with online sampling and check function and its check method for high-voltage and medium-voltage electrical equipment, including electrical equipment, gas density relay, gas density sensor, temperature regulation mechanism, online check contact signal sampling unit and intelligent control unit. The temperature rise and fall of the temperature compensation element of the gas density relay is regulated through the temperature regulation mechanism to enable the contact action of the gas density relay of electrical equipment. The contact action is transmitted to the intelligent control unit through the online check contact signal sampling unit. The intelligent control unit detects the alarm and/or blocking contact signal operating value and/or return value according to the density value of the contact action; the check of the gas density relay can be completed without maintenance personnel on site, which greatly improves the reliability of the power grid and the work efficiency, and reduces the O&M cost. At the same time, it also realizes the mutual self-inspection between gas density relay and gas density sensor, and further realizes the maintenance-free.
LIFETIME PREDICTION OF A GAS FILLING OF AN ELECTRICAL SWITCHGEAR
A method of predicting a lifetime of a gas filling of an electrical switchgear is disclosed, wherein pressure values p.sub.1, p.sub.2 in a system of the electrical switchgear containing the gas filling at a predefined temperature T.sub.p at different points in time t.sub.1, t.sub.2 are measured. Based on the pressure difference Δp between the pressure values p.sub.1, p.sub.2 the lifetime of the gas filling is calculated. Alternatively, the pressure values p.sub.1, p.sub.2 can be taken at temperatures T.sub.1, T.sub.2 within a predefined temperature range at different points in time t.sub.1, t.sub.2.
GAS DENSITY RELAY WITH ONLINE SELF-CHECKING FUNCTION, AND CHECKING METHOD THEREFOR
The application provides a gas density relay with online self-check function and its check method, which are used for high voltage and medium-voltage electrical equipment. The gas density relay includes a gas density relay body, a first pressure sensor, a temperature sensor, a force measuring sensor, a driving contact action mechanism and an intelligent control unit. The driving contact action mechanism is configured to directly or indirectly drive the signal action mechanism of the gas density relay body to displacement, so that the gas density relay body will have contact signal action. The intelligent control unit will detect the alarm and/or blocking contact signal action value and/or return value of the gas density relay body according to the density value when the contact acts. Checking the gas density relay can be completed without maintainer coming to the site, which improves the reliability of the power grid, improves the efficiency, reduces the operation and maintenance cost, and can implement the maintenance free of the gas density relay.
High Anti-Vibration Gas Density Monitor
A high anti-vibration gas density monitor is provided, including a monitor enclosure, a signal control mechanism, and an indication value display mechanism independent from the signal control mechanism which are provided in the monitor enclosure. The signal control mechanism includes at least one corrugated pipe, a sealed compensation chamber, a signal generator, and a signal regulation mechanism. The corrugated pipe is perpendicular to a side wall of a control casing. The monitor enclosure includes an independent sealed compartment used to mount the indication value display mechanism. The sealed compartment is filled with anti-vibration oil, or is hermetically filled with gas. The indication value display mechanism includes a Bourdon tube, a base, an end holder, a movement, a pointer, and a dial.
