Electromagnetic relay

An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed contact, a movable contact piece, a drive shaft, and a movable iron core. The movable contact piece is movable in a first direction and in a second direction. The drive shaft that extends in the first direction and the second direction and that is coupled to the movable contact piece. The movable iron core is coupled to the drive shaft so as to be integrally movable at a position beyond the movable contact piece in the first direction or at a position beyond the movable contact piece in the second direction. The drive shaft includes a first contact portion configured to contact the movable contact piece, a second contact portion configured to contact the movable iron core, and an insulating portion made from an insulating material and configured to insulate the movable contact piece and the movable iron core from each other.

Electromagnetic relay

An electromagnetic relay includes a first movable contact piece, a moving member, a coil, and a movable iron core. The movable iron core is connected to the moving member and is configured to move by a magnetic force generated by the coil. The moving member is made of an electrical insulator. The moving member includes a support portion and a connecting portion. The support portion holds a first movable contact piece. The connecting portion is connected to the movable iron core. The connecting portion includes a locking groove and a locking projection. An end of the movable iron core is disposed in the locking groove. The locking projection presses the end of the movable iron core in the locking groove. The locking projection extends in a support direction perpendicular to a moving direction of the moving member.

CONTACT APPARATUS AND ELECTROMAGNETIC SWITCH

An electromagnetic switch, including a driving apparatus and a contact apparatus. The contact apparatus includes a moving contact assembly, a chamber, and two spaced fixed contacts disposed on a top part of the chamber. The moving contact assembly includes an insulating part, a push rod, a moving contact, and an elastic part. One end of the push rod is mounted on the driving apparatus, and the other end of the push rod is mounted on the insulating part. The moving contact is mounted on one side that is of the insulating part and that is back to the push rod. The elastic part is clamped between the insulating part and the moving contact, so that the moving contact is in contact with or separated from the pair of fixed contacts under the action of the push rod.

ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY

An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed contact, a movable contact piece, a movable contact, a contact case, a drive device, and an elastic member. The movable contact is disposed to face the fixed contact. The movable contact piece is connected to the movable contact. The movable contact piece is configured to move in an opening direction and a closing direction. The contact case houses the fixed contact, the movable contact, and the movable contact piece. The drive device includes a coil. The coil generates an electromagnetic force that moves the movable contact piece. The elastic member is disposed between the drive device and the contact case. The elastic member seals between the drive device and the contact case.

Magnetic latching relay

A magnetic latching relay includes a base, a magnetic circuit portion, a pushing card and a contact portion; the base is provided with a first blocking wall to divide the base into an upper cavity and a lower cavity, the magnetic circuit portion and the contact portion are installed in the upper cavity and the lower cavity respectively; an iron core, two yokes and a magnetic steel of the magnetic circuit portion are formed an E-shaped magnetic conductive structure with a 90 degrees side turn; the middle position of an armature is rotatably supported above the magnetic steel, two ends of the armature respectively correspond to the tops of the two yokes; an upper end of the pushing card is connected to one end of the armature, and a lower end of the pushing card is connected to a free end of a movable spring of the contact portion.

Electromagnetic relay

An electromagnetic relay includes a moving member, a yoke, a guide member, and a movable iron core. The yoke includes a plate portion and a yoke hole. The guide member is disposed in the yoke hole. The movable iron core is connected to the moving member. The movable iron core includes a tubular portion. The tubular portion includes a first end surface and a second end surface. The tubular portion is disposed in the guide member. The plate portion includes a first surface and a second surface. In a case where the moving member is located at the closed position, the first end surface is located within a range from a first position to a second position. The first position is a position corresponding to the first surface. The second position is located at a center of the first surface and the second surface.

An electromagnetic relay includes a base, an electromagnet block having a spool with a through hole opening at a flange portion thereof and mounted on an upper surface of the base, a movable iron piece, a movable contact piece rotatable integrally with the movable iron piece, a movable contact fixed to a free end of the movable contact piece, and a fixed contact fixed to a fixed contact terminal and contactable with and separable from the movable contact along with rotation of the movable contact piece. Insulating ribs project from an inward facing surface of a spacer integrally formed with the movable iron piece and an outward facing surface of the flange portion respectively such that the insulating ribs intercept a straight line connecting a magnetic pole portion projecting through the through hole and the fixed contact or the fixed contact terminal with a shortest distance.

Contactor and electromagnetic relay

A contactor includes a pair of fixed contacts, a movable contact element configured to contact the pair of fixed contacts and to be separated from the pair of fixed contacts, a movable shaft configured to move in an axial direction as to cause the movable contact element to contact the pair of fixed contacts and to be separated from the pair of fixed contacts, and a partition-wall component disposed opposite to the pair of fixed contacts with respect to the movable contact element. The first partition-wall component includes a partition wall provided around the movable shaft. The first partition wall is configured to move synchronously with at least one of the movable contact element and the movable shaft.

Electric Switch

A switch includes a set of contacts and a drive mechanism opening and closing the set of contacts. The drive mechanism is located beside the set of contacts in a direction perpendicular to an opening direction in which the contacts are movable to at least one of open and close.

An electromagnetic relay includes an electromagnet unit, a contact unit including a movable contact spring with a movable contact provided thereon and a fixed contact spring with a fixed contact provided thereon, and a base block configured to support the electromagnet unit and the contact unit, wherein the electromagnet unit is supported at a first face of the base block, and the contact unit is supported at a second face of the base block facing in an opposite direction from the first face, and wherein the base block includes a first insulating wall extending from the first face alongside the electromagnet unit and a second insulating wall extending from the second face alongside the contact unit, the second insulating wall being situated on an opposite side from the first insulating wall across the second face.
