A circuit assembly includes: a lower case for accommodating lower circuit components; an upper case for covering the lower case; upper circuit components attached to the upper case, and a fastening member holder for holding a fastening member for fixing the upper circuit components to the upper case, the fastening member holder being provided in the upper case.

Electrical assembly

An electrical assembly may include a contactor, a bus bar connected to the contactor, a bracket connected to the bus bar, a flexible circuit electrically connected to the contactor, and/or a cooling member connected to the bracket. A method of assembling an electrical assembly may include disposing a flexible circuit at least partially on and/or in the bracket, connecting a bus bar with the one or more contactors, connecting the bus bar with the bracket, electrically connecting the flexible circuit to the one or more contactors, disposing a cooling member on or about the bracket, and/or connecting the cooling member with the bracket.

CIRCUIT STRUCTURE

Provided is a circuit structure with a new structure that can improve a heat dissipation efficiency of a heat generating component while having resistance to a reaction force of a thermally conductive member. Provided is a circuit structure including: a heat generating component; bus bars that are connected to connection portions of the heat-generating component; cases that accommodate the heat-generating component and the bus bars; an elastic thermally conductive member that comes into thermal contact with the bus bars; a pressing portion that is provided on the cases and brings the bus bars into contact with the thermally conductive member; and a reinforcing wall portion that protrudes outside of the cases and reinforces the pressing portion.

ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY

An electromagnetic relay includes a base, a casing, a coil, a movable contact piece and two fixed contact pieces. Each of the fixed contact pieces includes a plate-shaped base. A portion of one side of the plate-shaped base extends outward and is bent to form a fixed contact fixing part. The fixed contacts are arranged on the fixed contact fixing part, and an abdicating through hole is defined in the base. The plate-shaped bases of the fixed contact pieces are respectively connected to an outer side surface of the base and spaced from each other. Each of the fixed contact fixing parts protrudes through the abdicating through hole and located between the base and the casing. Each of the fixed contacts faces to the movable contact on the movable contact piece, and a portion of the plate-shaped base on the fixed contact piece protrudes out of the casing to form a connecting part.

CIRCUIT ASSEMBLY

The present disclosure provides a circuit assembly that has a novel structure, with which it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a problem caused by an excessive repulsive force of a heat conductive member by controlling the repulsive force of the heat conductive member. A circuit assembly includes: a heat generation component; bus bars that are connected to connecting portions of the heat generation component; an insulating base member that holds the heat generation component and the bus bars; and an elastic heat conductive member that is in thermal contact with the bus bars. The bus bars press the heat conductive member in a mounting direction in which the bus bars are mounted on the base member. As a result of the bus bars abutting against bus bar positioning portions provided on the base member, the positions of the bus bars in the mounting direction are defined.
