Electromagnetic system

An electromagnetic system includes a magnetic yoke, a coil mounted in the magnetic yoke, a lower iron core disposed in a lower portion of the coil, a top plate disposed above the coil, an upper iron core having a lower portion disposed in the coil and an upper portion extending through the top plate, an armature disposed above the top plate and fixedly connected to the upper iron core, a magnetic isolation ring disposed between the upper iron core and the top plate, and a plurality of balls each rolling in one of a plurality of first curved grooves of the armature and one of a plurality of second curved grooves of the top plate. The upper iron core moves in a vertical direction. A force applied on the armature by the ball is inclined to a central axis of the upper iron core to drive the armature to rotate.

Electromagnetic relay

An electromagnetic relay includes a movable element, a movable yoke, a fixed yoke, a movable section, and a stopper. The movable element includes a movable contact point. The movable yoke is connected to the movable element to move together with the movable element. The movable section includes a movable core made of an inorganic magnetic material and a shaft made of an inorganic material. The fixed yoke is made of an inorganic magnetic material and disposed between the movable core and the movable yoke. The stopper protrudes from either one of the fixed yoke or the movable section toward the other to contact with the other when the movable section moves toward the fixed yoke. The stopper is integrally formed with the either one of the fixed yoke or the movable section.

Low noise relay

A low noise relay includes a main body part provided with a terminal on a first surface thereof. A cover part is coupled to the terminal and the first surface of the main body part. The cover part is electrically connected to the terminal of the main body part. A vibration reduction part is connected and electrically coupled to the cover part. The vibration reduction part is configured to support the main body part to be suspended in air. A pin part is configured such that a first side of the pin part is connected with and electrically connected to the vibration reduction part.

Coil bobbin for a balanced armature receiver

Coil bobbins for balanced armature receivers are disclosed. The balanced armature receiver bobbin includes a coil support member, at least two flanges, and a shoulder. The coil support member has an armature passage extending between a first end and a second end thereof. The flanges extending radially from the coil support member such that the first flange extends from the coil support member proximate the first end and the second flange extends from the coil support member proximate the second end. The shoulder extends from the first flange, with the first flange located between the shoulder and the coil support member. The shoulder has a plurality of conductive coil pads disposed on a bottom portion thereof.

Coil bobbin for a balanced armature receiver

Coil bobbins for balanced armature receivers are disclosed. The balanced armature receiver bobbin includes a coil support member, at least two flanges, and a shoulder. The coil support member has an armature passage extending between a first end and a second end thereof. The flanges extending radially from the coil support member such that the first flange extends from the coil support member proximate the first end and the second flange extends from the coil support member proximate the second end. The shoulder extends from the first flange, with the first flange located between the shoulder and the coil support member. The shoulder has a plurality of conductive coil pads disposed on a bottom portion thereof.

ARRANGEMENT AND MODULE FOR ELECTRICAL CONTACTOR ASSEMBLIES

An electrical contactor module includes a pair of contactor assemblies each having an input contact, an output contact spaced apart from the input contact, and a linear solenoid disposed proximate the input and output contacts. Each linear solenoid has a housing, a plunger disposed within the housing so as to permit axial displacement of the plunger between an open position in which an end of the plunger is spaced apart from the input and output contacts and a closed position in which the end mechanically contacts and electrically couples the input and output contacts, a spring for biasing the plunger in the open position, and a coil within the housing for urging the plunger from the open position to the closed position along a linear direction. The contactor assemblies are fastened and arranged within an enclosure, with the linear directions for the contactor assemblies pointing in generally opposite directions.

A high-voltage relay includes a magnetic drive assembly having a first yoke and a second yoke spaced apart from one another, and an armature driven by the magnetic drive assembly. The armature is a rocker having a first arm and a second arm extending away from the first yoke. The armature can be tilted between an open position and a switching position and is mounted on the first yoke. The first arm has a switching contact assembly. A magnetic circuit including the first yoke and the second yoke is closed in the switching position by the second arm.
