Electromagnetic relay

An electromagnetic relay includes a base, a spool provided on the base, a coil wound on the spool, a yoke inserted into a hole formed in the spool, an armature movably disposed on the base, a movable contact fixed on the base, a static contact fixed on the base, a driving member connected between the armature and the movable contact, and an elastic pressing member fixed on the base. The elastic pressing member is pressed against an outer side of the armature so as to position the armature on the base and provide an auxiliary thrust to the armature.

Contact device, electromagnetic relay and electrical device

A first conductive member is fixed to a first fixed terminal having a longitudinal direction, and a second conductive member is fixed to a second fixed terminal having a longitudinal direction. The first fixed terminal and the second fixed terminal are fixed to a partition member. A first extension portion of the first conductive member includes a first opposed portion opposed to at least one of the first fixed terminal at a first fixed contact side of the partition member. The first opposed portion extends in the longitudinal direction of the first fixed terminal.

Mechanical input/output selector

A mechanical input/output selector is disclosed. The mechanical input/output selector can include a first terminal for a first transmission line. The mechanical input/output selector can also include a plurality of second terminals for a plurality of second transmission lines. The mechanical input/output selector can further include a first displacement device operable to selectively position the first terminal proximate to any one of the plurality of second terminals. Additionally, the mechanical input/output selector can include a second displacement device operable to move the first terminal relative to the plurality of second terminals to alternately connect and disconnect the first terminal and one of the plurality of second terminals. Associated systems and methods are also provided.

In-line reed relay and integrated circuit board

An inline reed relay comprises at least one reed assembly, at least one pair of metal pins, a housing and a control pin disposed on the housing. The reed assembly comprises at least two reed switches, each having two pins. The metal pins are respectively connected to the two pins of the reed switches. One end of each metal pin extends out of the housing. The inline reed relay allows the reed switches to be integrated through the injection molded housing, and the reed switches are connected to an external circuit board via the metal pins, because the metal pins can be maintained a fixed shape and difficult to deform. The processing size and position tolerances of the inline reed relay can meet the requirements of mechanized automatic welding, thereby improving welding efficiency and production assembly efficiency and reducing labor costs.

Contact device and electromagnetic relay equipped with the contact device

A contact device includes: a contact block including a plurality of fixed terminals on which fixed contacts are formed, and a movable contactor on which movable contacts contacting and leaving the fixed contacts are formed; and a driving block that drives the movable contactor. Moreover, it is made possible to extinguish arcs, which are generated in an event where the contacts contact and leave each other, by arranging permanent magnets on a periphery of the contact block. Then, at least one fixed terminal among the plurality of fixed terminals is formed so that the fixed contact and the movable contact can abut against each other in a region other than a side opposite to the other fixed terminal.
