PLUG-IN CIRCUIT BREAKER
A plug-in circuit breaker that includes a housing, an operating mechanism and a button mechanism which has a closing position and an opening position. The circuit breaker further includes a locking member and a linkage member arranged inside the housing. The linkage member is provided with an abutting protruding stand. The locking member is provided with a locking protruding stand. When the button mechanism is in the closing position, the abutting protruding stand of the linkage member extends out of the housing and is limited by the button mechanism at an extension position, so that it cannot retract into the housing. When the button mechanism is in the opening position, the linkage member retracts into the housing, the locking protruding stand of the locking member extends out of the housing, and the locking protruding stand of the locking member can be pushed back into the housing.
PLUG-IN CIRCUIT BREAKER
A plug-in circuit breaker that includes a circuit breaker housing with a limiting hole and a opening and closing button. The circuit breaker further includes a locking member rotatably arranged inside the circuit breaker housing with an upper portion close to the limiting hole provided with a locking protrusion fitting. A lower portion of the circuit breaker housing is provided with a locking driving surface fitting with the opening and closing button. When the limiting hole is not shielded, the opening and closing button jacks up the locking driving surface to enable the locking protrusion to extend out of the limiting hole. The plug-in circuit breaker is closed when the limiting hole is shielded, so that the locking protrusion cannot extend out of the limiting hole. The locking driving surface limits the opening and closing button, so that the opening and closing button cannot press to the destined position.
PLUG-IN CIRCUIT BREAKER
A plug-in circuit breaker that includes a housing with a limiting hole, a button mechanism having a closing position and an opening position, and an operating mechanism actuated by the button mechanism. The plug-in circuit breaker includes a locking member arranged inside the housing. The locking member has a locking protruding stand opposite the limiting hole. When the button mechanism is in the closing position, the locking protruding stand of the locking member extends out of the limiting hole and limited by the button mechanism. When the button mechanism is in the opening position, the locking protruding stand of the locking member extends out of the limiting hole to apply an external force on the locking member for retraction. The locking protruding stand of the locking member can retract into the housing, and the locking member limits the button mechanism to perform the closing operation.
PLUG-IN CIRCUIT BREAKER
A plug-in circuit breaker with an operating button that includes a button inner end inserted inside the circuit breaker and a button outer end. An indicator slot is arranged inside the operating button, an indicating hole is arranged on the button outer end. The plug-in circuit breaker further includes an indicating member slidably inserted inside the indicator slot and one end of which is provided with a make-contact indicating surface and a break-contact indicating surface. When the plug-in circuit breaker is in a break-contact state, the break-contact indicating surface is arranged opposite to the indicating hole, thus during pressing the operating button, the indicating member moves inside the indicator slot. After the make-contact state, the make-contact indicating surface is arranged opposite to the indicating hole. The indicating member is arranged inside the operating button to save space and to indicate the break-contact and make-contact state through the indicating hole.
CIRCUIT INTERRUPTER
A circuit interrupter movable among ON, OFF, and TRIP positions includes a housing, a latch situated on the housing, a number of mechanisms situated on the housing, each mechanism of the number of mechanisms including a contact arm that is movable with respect to the housing, a set of separable contacts including a stationary contact and further including a movable contact situated on the contact arm, a handle, a pin, a first spring that extends between the contact arm and the handle in at least one of the OFF position and the ON position, a second spring that extends between the handle and the pin, and the pin being movable among a position engaged with the latch in at least one of the ON position and the OFF position and another position engaged with the handle in the TRIP position.
CIRCUIT BREAKERS
A circuit breaker can include a moveable electrical contact configured to be moved between an open position and a closed position, and a lever assembly configured to prevent the progressive closing of the moveable electrical contact to the closed position such that the lever assembly is configured to cause snap action closing of the moveable electrical contact at a charged position of a motorized slider.
Structure of ground fault circuit interrupter
A structure of a ground fault circuit interrupter includes a locking arm, which is provided with a stop surface, disposed inside the ground fault circuit interrupter, and a support body fixedly connected to a soft magnet is provided with a stop portion which can interfere with the stop surface that is moving downward. The locking arm is also connected to an elastic element, and under a normal state, the elastic element moves downward the stop surface of the locking arm to interfere with the stop portion of the support body, so that the soft magnet is prevented from moving toward a permanent magnet The locking arm can also be pushed down and driven by a reset button to move upward the stop surface, so that the stop portion and the stop surface no longer interfere with each other.
OVERLOAD RELEASE
An overload release includes a bimetallic element, a tripping slide, a latch and an energy store. In an overload situation the bimetallic element actuates the tripping slide; as a result, the tripping slide actuates the latch, and as a result, the latch allows the movement of the energy store. The latch is provided with a latch area and the energy store is provided with a latching area, the two areas mechanically interacting in the latched state and the latch area being released from the latching area in the unlatched state, when there is an overload, to allow the movement of the energy store. Further, the latch area or the latching area includes a projection.
SELF-RESETTING BIASING DEVICES FOR CURRENT LIMITING CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIP SYSTEMS
A circuit breaker including a case, a trip mechanism, and a trip lever moveable between a first position and a second position. The trip lever includes a first end selectively contacting the trip mechanism and a second end opposite the first end. The circuit breaker also includes a biasing device including a housing coupled to the case and a lever arm coupled to the housing. The lever arm includes an engagement surface in contact with the second end and configured to move between an initial position corresponding to the first position and a final position corresponding to the second position. The biasing device also includes a bias member extending between the housing and the lever arm and biasing the engagement surface against the second end. The lever arm exerts a first torque in the first position and exerts a second torque different from the first torque in the second position.
BLOCKING MEMBERS AND CIRCUIT BREAKERS HAVING QUICK-MAKE FEATURE
A blocking member for an actuator having a movable arm for effecting a quick-make feature, includes for example, an elongated member having a first end and a second end, and wherein a portion of said elongated member being configured so that said blocking member disposed in a first position engages a portion of the movable arm of the actuator to restrain movement of the movable arm, and so that said blocking member disposed in a second position disengages from the portion of the movable arm of the actuator to permit movement of the movable arm.
