The present disclosure provides an entrance and exit position detection device for a power device. The entrance and exit position detection device for a power device comprises: a cradle which is open on one side and has an arrangement space formed therein; a power device body which may be in the arrangement space and has a guide plate formed on one side portion thereof; and a position detection part which linearly detects the displaced position of the power device body while the cradle enters and exits the arrangement space. Also, the present disclosure provides an entrance and exit monitoring system which has the above-described entrance and exit position detection device for the power device.
POWER DEVICE MONITORING SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a power device monitoring system comprising: a cradle having a cradle terminal formed on the rear side thereof; a circuit breaker mechanically or electrically connected to or separated from the cradle terminal; at least one position detection means mounted inside the circuit breaker so as to detect the position of a circuit breaker body in real time; and a display unit for outputting the mobile characteristic of the circuit breaker body detected by the position detection means.
CIRCUIT BREAKER
A circuit breaker is provided, which includes a cradle having a plurality of cradle terminals, and a breaker main body connected to the cradle and having a plurality of breaker terminals electrically connected to the plurality of cradle terminals, in which each of the plurality of breaker terminals includes a terminal body extended from the breaker main body and protruded toward each of the plurality of cradle terminals, contacts coupled to upper and lower portions of terminal body and disposed in parallel to face each other, and a contact protrusion protruded to a round shape in a direction which the contacts face each other such that, upon connection of the plurality of cradle terminals, the contact protrusion contacts and presses both sides of the connected cradle terminals.
Molded-case circuit breaker
A molded-case circuit breaker includes a handle, a contact system and an actuating device. In an embodiment, the handle is movable between an “ON” position and an “OFF” position, the contact system includes at least one stationary contact and a movable contact and the actuating device is operatively connected to the handle and the contact system such that, when the handle is actuated, it is possible to open and close the contact system. Furthermore, in the event of a fault state, the handle can be brought into a “TRIP” position arranged between the “ON” position and the “OFF” position by the actuating device.
CIRCUIT BREAKER
A circuit breaker, in particular of a power breaker, having a busbar which is mounted so as to be movable between a closed position and an open position. The busbar, a trip device and a hand lever are coupled by means of the mechanism in such a way that, when the hand lever is moved from the first position into the second position, the busbar is moved from the open position into the closed position. Upon tripping of the trip device, the busbar is moved from the closed position into the open position, and the hand lever is moved from the second position into the first position if it is not blocked. When the hand lever is moved from the second position into the first position, the busbar is moved from the closed position into the open position regardless of whether the busbar is blocked in the closed position.
OPERATING MECHANISM OF CIRCUIT BREAKER AND ASSEMBLING BREAKER
An operating mechanism of a circuit breaker, wherein two ends of a first spring are rotationally connected to a rocker arm assembly and a first crank through a first spring shaft and a second spring shaft respectively, and one end of a jump buckle is rotationally connected to a bracket and is a jump buckle pivoting end; a jump buckle hole of the jump buckle is aligned with a bracket hole of the bracket; the first spring shaft is in limiting fit with the jump buckle; and one end of the first crank swings in a direction away from the jump buckle pivoting end, such that a spacing between the first spring shaft and the second spring shaft is smaller than or equal to the length of the first spring, and a first assembly state is formed.
OPERATING MECHANISM OF CIRCUIT BREAKER
An operating mechanism of a circuit breaker that includes a bracket, a rocker arm assembly, a jump buckle, a latch, a re-buckle, a first crank, a first spring and a first connecting rod, the jump buckle is in latching fit with the latch, and the re-buckle is in limiting fit with the latch; one end of the first crank is pivotally disposed on the jump buckle around a first axis, and the other end of the first crank is rotatably connected to one end of the first connecting rod around a second axis; the rocker arm assembly is driving fit with the first crank through the first spring; and slide rails disposed on the bracket and a slider slidably disposed on the slide rails, rotatably connected to the other end of the first connecting rod, and in driving fit with a moving contact mechanism of the circuit breaker.
Switching operation mechanism for molded case circuit breaker
A switching operation mechanism to a molded case circuit breaker, including at least one operating handle, which is movable in a rotatable trajectory, said switching operation mechanism including at least one external rotary handle, at least one operation member and at least one movement transmission means, the said operation member being capable of moving in rotating trajectory in equivalent direction to the movement in rotating trajectory of the handle for operating the circuit breaker in molded case, arranged inside a housing including a laterally bipartite body, reaching an efficient movement transfer, requiring less mechanical effort of proportional operation of the user on the external rotary handle, wherein it is possible to maintain an external rotary handle, of great dimensions proportional to the assembled assembly, within the general perimeter of the molded case circuit breaker.
In multi-pole electronic circuit breakers preventing breaker armature from latching with cradle if certain criteria are met
A multi-pole circuit breaker such as a residential electronic circuit breaker is provided. It includes a means to prevent a breaker mechanism from latching, i.e., a breaker armature from latching with a cradle if certain criterion is met. In particular, the multi-pole circuit breaker comprises a breaker mechanism including a breaker armature, a cradle and an armature latch bar to prevent the breaker armature from latching with the cradle. The armature latch bar includes a recessed feature that interfaces with the breaker armature, an armature latching surface that needs to be removed before the breaker mechanism can be latched and an armature latching lever that prevents a rotation of the breaker armature.
