In-line fuse assembly

The fuse holder includes a first terminal and a second terminal configured to cooperate with the first terminal in retaining a fuse between the first terminal and the second terminal, wherein each of the first and second terminals has a sidewall that defines a fuse-receiving socket, the sidewall having a plurality of apertures circumferentially spaced about the socket.
Protective Device for a High-Voltage Cable, High-Voltage Cable, High-Voltage On-Board Power Supply and Motor Vehicle
A protective device to be integrated into a high-voltage cable of a high-voltage on-board power supply includes a cut-out for interrupting at least one electrical conductor of the high-voltage cable in a fault scenario, a shielding element for forming a cable shield with a shielding conductor of the high-voltage cable, and a housing to be arranged between two high-voltage-cable sections of the high-voltage cable. In the housing, the cut-out and the shielding element are arranged, and the housing has contacts for connecting the cut-out to conductor sections of the at least one conductor and for connecting the shielding element to shielding-conductor sections of the shielding conductor. At least a part of the housing is capable of being non-destructively detached from the high-voltage-cable sections, in order to enable an exchange of at least the cut-out in the case of a defect of the cut-out.
Sealed fuse holder
The invention relates to a fuse holder comprising two housing elements which, once assembled, together form a tube in which a fuse is accommodated. The first housing element includes a base extending longitudinally along the direction of assembly of the two housing elements with each other. A seal is placed on the base mainly in a plane perpendicular to the direction of assembly. During assembly, the second housing element is brought to at least partially cover the base to sandwich the seal between the two housing elements. A rim extends around the base in the direction of assembly in order to protect the seal until the two housing elements are assembled together.
Fuse holder
The invention relates to a fuse holder comprising two housing elements which, once assembled, together form a tube in which a support for a fuse is accommodated. Each of the two housing elements comprises a contact for establishing an electrical contact with a terminal of a fuse housed in the support, when the support is installed between the assembled housing elements. The support may comprise means to ensure the correct position of each contact in its respective housing element. The support may also comprise means to ensure the correct orientation of the fuse in the support. The support may also comprise means for retaining a seal ensuring sealing between the two housing elements.
Fused T-splice wiring
A power distributor including a first conductive coupling device electrically coupled to a bare-wire non-terminating section of a first conduit. A second conductive coupling device is electrically coupled to a terminating end of a second conduit. The first conduit is a larger gauge than the second conduit. A fuse electrically connects the first conductive coupling device and the second conductive coupling device. A housing encases the first and second conductive coupling devices and the fuse.
IN-LINE FUSEHOLDER QUICK CONNECTION

The busbars are powder-coating with a powder-based adhesive or adhesion promoter, then cured in an oven. The busbars are then placed in the cavity image of an injection molding apparatus. Plastic is heated to a liquid form and injected into the cavity image. The resulting injection molded base is resistant to both dust and water, protecting the fuse inside.
