ON-LOAD TAP CHANGER
An on-load tap changer is for uninterrupted diverter switch operation. The on-load tap changer includes: a first module having a first module shaft; and a second module having a second module shaft. The first module shaft is configured to actuate the first module. The second module shaft is configured to actuate the second module. The first module shaft and the second module shaft are mechanically coupled to one another in such a way that the first module shaft is configured to drive the second module shaft and the second module is configured to be actuated with a time delay with respect to the first module.
ON-LOAD TAP CHANGER
An on-load tap changer uninterruptedly switches between winding taps of a tap-changing transformer. The on-load tap changer includes: at least one selector configured to preselect, in a powerless manner, a selected winding tap of the winding taps; at least one diverter switch configured to actually switch loads from a previous winding tap to a preselected winding tap of the winding taps; at least one toothed gearing comprising a first gearwheel and a second gearwheel, the first gearwheel being assigned to the selector, and the second gearwheel being assigned to the diverter switch; and a drive shaft, which is configured to be actuated by a motor drive. The first gearwheel and the second gearwheel are directly interconnected mechanically in such a way that the first gearwheel and the second gearwheel are simultaneously actuatable. The drive shaft is configured to drive either the first gearwheel or the second gearwheel.
SELECTOR FOR ON-LOAD TAP CHANGER
A selector (1) for an on-load tap changer, comprising a tap selector (2) with at least one selector arm (21, 22); a change-over selector (4), characterized in that the change-over selector (4) is actuated via at least one of the selector arms (21, 22) of the tap selector (2).
METHOD FOR CARRYING OUT A SWITCHOVER OF AT LEAST TWO SWITCHING MEANS FOR EQUIPMENT, AND DRIVE SYSTEM FOR AT LEAST TWO SWITCHING MEANS IN EQUIPMENT
A method carries out a switchover of a first switch or at least one second switch for equipment. The method includes receiving, by a controller, a switching signal; selecting, by the controller, the first switch or at least the second switch for switchover on the basis of the switching signal; querying, by the controller, at least one parameter of the first switch or the at least second switch; checking a locking condition on the basis of the at least one queried parameter for the first switch or a locking condition for the at least second switch; and carrying out the switchover by the selected first switch or the at least second switch based upon the corresponding locking condition being met.
POWER SOURCE FOR A VOLTAGE REGULATION DEVICE
A voltage regulation device includes: a plurality of taps; a first electrical contact configured to connect to one of the plurality of taps; a second electrical contact configured to connect to one of the plurality of taps; and a network electrically connected to the first electrical contact and to the second electrical contact. The network is configured to control a voltage differential between the first electrical contact and the second electrical contact or an amount of current that flows in the first electrical contact and the second electrical contact.
Power contractor with high mechanic shock resistance
A power contactor having an electromagnetic driving unit, a rotating armature, and a reset element. The rotating armature is switched by the electromagnetic driving unit between an open position and a closed position. The reset element exerts a reset force onto the rotating armature when in the closed position.
Transformer device with modified voltage tap arrangement
A transformer configured to receive a primary incoming voltage and provide at least two secondary output voltages. The transformer includes at least one secondary output assembly which includes at least two secondary voltage stabs, the number of voltage stabs being the same as the number of secondary output voltages, connected and configured to provide access to a respective secondary output voltage. The chosen secondary output voltage is connected by coupling a tap change link between a lug landing and either of the at least two secondary voltage stabs. Another of the secondary output voltages is provided by connecting coupling the tap change link between the lug landing and the other of the at least two secondary voltage stabs.
Electrical generator connection apparatus
A connection apparatus includes a fixed board assembly and a selector board assembly. The fixed board assembly including a fixed board including a center axis and a plurality of contact pairs attached to the fixed board, each of a generator winding in electrical continuity with at least one of the plurality of contact pairs. The selector board assembly is rotatably mounted on the fixed board assembly and includes a selector board and a plurality of jumpers attached to the selector board. The plurality of jumpers are shaped and arranged on the selector board to electrically bridge at least one of the contact pairs to provide a first voltage output in a first configuration and a second voltage output in a second configuration. The second configuration is produced by rotating the selector board assembly relative to the fixed board assembly about the center axis from the first configuration.
