A button for use with an image capture device in an underwater environment that includes a movable plunger configured to cause actuation of the image capture device and upper and lower components collectively defining an internal cavity that is configured to receive the plunger. The upper and lower components are configured and connected such that actuation of the image capture device is prevented until a threshold pressure is applied to the upper component that is greater than external water pressure applied in the underwater environment. The upper component includes at least one opening that is configured to allow water to enter the internal cavity to modify an internal pressure within the internal cavity so as to reduce the threshold pressure required to actuate the image capture device in the underwater environment.

Electromagnetic relay for vehicle

In an electromagnetic relay, terminal slits into which a coil terminal connected to a coil, a fixed contact terminal to which a fixed contact is attached, and a movable contact terminal electrically connected to a movable contact are inserted into is formed in a base, and the base is formed with ventilation holes used to discharge gas generated in an internal space and discharge vapor generated in the internal space. The ventilation holes are formed so as to be connected with the terminal slits.

ELECTROMAGNETIC POWER CONTACTOR PROVIDED WITH A CONTROL ROD WITH A STOP

The invention relates to an electromagnetic contactor including: —first and second magnetic cores, the second core being mobile relative to the first core; —a control rod mobile between an inoperative position and a supply position, the control rod comprising a shoulder, in inoperative position: —the shoulder comprises one surface in contact with the first magnetic core, —the first magnetic core and the control rod separating a first chamber extending between the first and second magnetic cores and a second chamber in which the contact plate is located, and —at least one opening made between the first chamber and the second chamber allowing the transfer of air from the first chamber to the second chamber when the second magnetic core moves from the inoperative position to the magnetised position.

A contactor, and an air conditioning system incorporating the contactor are provided. The contactor includes a body with an upper surface, a line-side electrical terminal located on one end of the body, a load-side electrical terminal located on the other side of the body, a switching element within the body, the switching element coupled between the line-side electrical terminal and the load-side electrical terminal, and a refrigerant mitigating element disposed on the upper surface. The line-side electrical terminal is configured to receive electrical power from an electrical grid. The load-side electrical terminal is configured to transfer at least a portion of the electrical power to at least one component of the outdoor unit. The switching element is configured to electrically connect the line-side electrical terminal and the load-side electrical terminal when activated. The refrigerant mitigating element may help mitigate the ignition of a refrigerant.

Electromagnetic relay

An electromagnetic relay includes a casing having a housing space open to an external to the casing through an opening. A base is joined to the casing to close the opening. A coil, a pair of fixed contact elements and a pair of movable contact elements are housed in the housing space. A vent hole set to a dimension making it possible to extinguish flame passing therethrough is formed in a portion where the casing and the base are joined together.

Vented push switch

A push switch of the present disclosure has: a resin case that has a recess, a through hole, and a groove; a connection terminal; an upper protection sheet; and a lower protection sheet. The through hole penetrates from a bottom part of the recess to a lower surface of the resin case, and the groove is provided on the lower surface of the resin case. The through hole and the groove are connected to each other, and the through hole overlaps with the lower protection sheet in plan view. The groove has a first area and a second area, and of the first area and the second area, only the first area overlaps with the lower protection sheet in plan view.

An electrical power distribution system includes at least one circuit protection device and a housing defining an interior space to receive the at least one circuit protection device. The housing includes a door positionable between an opened position in which the door allows access to the interior space and a closed position in which the door inhibits access to the interior space. The housing also includes a hinge pivotably coupling the door to the case and a pressure release mechanism coupled to the door and the hinge. The pressure release mechanism includes a tongue positionable between a first position and a second position and a biasing member arranged to bias the door towards the case when the door is in the closed position.

High voltage switch vacuum interrupter

A vacuum interrupter for a high voltage air break switch is disclosed. The interrupter has a plurality of load interrupter contacts enclosed in axially aligned vacuum bottles, each bottle containing a fixed contact and a second contact movable axially away from the fixed contact to open position and toward the fixed contact to closed position. The bottles are positioned in an tubular housing of dielectric material having a top end member and a bottom end member. The vacuum bottles are mechanically coupled to one another in a stack with the top bottle supported by the top end member. At least one air permeable hydrophobic vent member is operatively disposed in the top end member and/or bottom end member and/or tubular housing to prevent condensation in the housing. The stack of vacuum bottles are axially supported at the bottom by a cushion spring assembly keeping the bottles in compression to prevent tension loads on the braze joints of the bottles.
