Electronically controlled fusible switching disconnect modules and devices
A fusible switch disconnect device includes a housing adapted to receive at least one fuse therein, and a switchable contact for connecting the fuse to circuitry. A tripping mechanism and control circuitry are provided to move the switchable contact to an open position in response to a predetermined electrical condition.
PROTECTION STRUCTURE OF FUSE LINK SWITCH
A protection structure is disclosed, and is applied in a fuse link switch. The fuse link switch comprises: an insulator, a fuse tube including an upper connection portion and a lower connection portion, an upper-end fixing unit, a lower-end fixing unit, and a toggle mechanism, wherein the upper connection portion is connected with a pull hook. The protection structure comprises at least one clapping layer covering at least one of the upper-end fixing unit, the pull hook, the upper connection portion, the lower connection portion, the lower-end fixing unit, and the toggle mechanism through overmolding technique.
Multi-pole switch-fused arrangement for busbar systems
The present invention relates to a multi-pole fused switch arrangement for busbar systems, with at least two fused switch units, each of which can accommodate a fuse. The fused switch arrangement includes a fuse holder per fused switch unit, a fuse driver unit and a switching lever, wherein the fused switch unit is designed such that it enables the insertion and replacement of fuses in a particularly advantageous manner, and furthermore brings the fuses into their contact position in a particularly advantageous manner.
Connector and connector assembly
A connector configured to be fitted with a mating connector includes a main housing, a sub-housing supported on the main housing to be slidable in a fitting direction with respect to the main housing in which the connector is fitted with the mating connector, and an operating member pivotably and slidably supported on the main housing. The main housing moves closer to the mating connector when the operating member is pivoted from a first posture to a second posture. The sub-housing moves in the fitting direction when the operating member slides from the second posture in a direction different from the fitting direction. The sub-housing has an erroneous fitting prevention part abutting against the mating connector in a state of incomplete fitting of the connector with the mating connector.
MODULAR CIRCUIT PROTECTION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A pyrotechnic circuit protection system includes a first connection terminal, a second connection terminal and a plurality of pyrotechnic modules connected between the first and second connection terminals. Each of the pyrotechnic modules includes a nonconductive housing and electrical connectors facilitating plug-in connection of the pyrotechnic modules to one another. A single control module may control and coordinate a plurality of pyrotechnic disconnect modules.
FUSIBLE SWITCHING DISCONNECT MODULES AND DEVICES WITH TRIPPING COIL
A fusible switch disconnect device includes a housing adapted to receive at least one fuse therein, and a switchable contact for connecting the fuse to circuitry. A tripping mechanism and control circuitry are provided to move the switchable contact to an open position in response to a predetermined electrical condition.
Fuse load-break switch for low-voltage high-power fuses
Fuse load-break switch (1) for low-voltage high-power fuses, a fuse contact pair for receiving a fuse (5A, 5B, 5C) being provided within a housing (2) of the fuse load-break switch (1) for each current phase to be disconnected, characterized in that a thermal power loss brought about by the fuses (5A, 5B, 5C) is dissipated into at least one heat dissipation duct (3) provided laterally on the housing (2) of the fuse load-break switch (1).
Power circuit interrupting device
A power circuit interrupting device including a first housing including a pair of fixed electrodes and a fuse having terminals at both ends thereof, and a second housing including a moveable electrode, the moveable electrode interrupting electrical connection between the fixed electrodes when the second housing is uncoupled from the first housing, and establishing the electrical connection between the fixed electrodes when the second housing is coupled with the first housing. The first housing has an opening provided for carrying out a continuity test for the fuse. The opening is always covered with the second housing in a condition that continuity of a circuit is allowed. The power circuit interrupting device serves to facilitate the continuity test for the fuse built therein and comply with such a maintenance procedure that the continuity test should be carried out after interrupting continuity of the power circuit.
Device for protecting an electrical circuit fed by an alternating current which can be integrated into a contactor
Device for protecting an electrical circuit fed by an alternating current, comprising a housing and a fuse element disposed in the housing. The housing comprises a first portion and a second portion which are mobile in relation to one another, and elastic means suitable for causing the first portion to bear against the second portion and causing the housing to be set in a closed state.
