The movable contactor extends in a first direction, includes a first movable contact at a first end portion, and is provided to be contactable with and separatable from the first fixed contactor in a second direction. The permanent magnets are arranged to sandwich the movable contactor, and to cause their surfaces facing the movable contactor in the third direction of the movable contactor to have the same polarity. The yoke surrounds a periphery of the movable contactor in the first direction and the third direction and is connected to surfaces of the permanent magnets on opposite sides of their surfaces facing the movable contactor. The yoke includes a protrusion protruding toward the movable contactor at a position facing the first end portion of the movable contactor in the first direction.
SWITCH
A switch includes: a first stationary contact having a first stationary contact point; a second stationary contact having a second stationary contact point; a movable contact having a first movable contact, and a second movable contact point; a first magnet pair defined by magnets having surfaces facing each other, the magnets of the first magnet pair being disposed with the first stationary contact point and the first movable contact point therebetween in such a manner that the magnets of the first magnet pair become farther from each other outwardly; and a second magnet pair defined by magnets having surfaces facing each other, the magnets of the second magnet pair being disposed with the second stationary contact point and the second movable contact point therebetween in such a manner that the magnets of the second magnet pair become farther from each other outwardly.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay includes a case, a first fixed terminal including a first fixed contact, a second fixed terminal including a second fixed contact, a movable contact piece including first and second movable contacts, a first magnet, a gas flow path, and a partition member. The case includes an accommodation space and a side wall covering the accommodation space in a first direction. The accommodation space includes a first space where the first fixed contact is disposed and a second space where the second fixed contact is disposed. The first magnet configured to extend a first arc generated between the first fixed contact and the first movable contact in the first direction. The gas flow path is disposed between the side wall and the movable contact piece. The gas flow path includes an inlet communicating with the first space and an outlet communicating with the second space.
Arc-extinguishing device and circuit breaker provided with same
The present invention provides an arc-extinguishing device, including an arc-extinguishing chamber, where the arc-extinguishing chamber includes a support, a plurality of arc-extinguishing grid sheets, a first gas-evolving hood, and a second gas-evolving hood; the plurality of arc-extinguishing grid sheets are mounted on the supports, the arc-extinguishing grid sheet has a groove to form a moving track for a moving contact, both sides of the groove extend toward the moving contact respectively to form a first extension leg and a second extension leg, an end and an inner side of the first extension leg are wrapped by the first gas-evolving hood, and an end and an inner side of the second extension leg are wrapped by the second gas-evolving hood; a surface of the gas-evolving hood extending along the inner side of the extension leg toward the groove is referred to as a wrapping surface.
Switch device with contact cover
The present invention refers to a switch device with at least one contact point, the contact point having a first contact and a second contact, the first and second contacts being spaced apart from one another in an open position and electrically contacting one another in a closed position, the contact point being assigned an arc blowout device for generating a magnetic blowing field, the blowout field being such that an arc produced when the contact point is opened is blown away from the contact point. In accordance with the invention, at least one of the two contacts is provided with a non-conductive cover on a non-contact-facing side which faces away from the other contact, which cover prevents a base point of the arc from crossing the non-contact-facing side.
Relay
A relay includes a movable contact piece having a first movable contact and a second movable contact, a first fixed terminal having a first fixed contact, a second fixed terminal having a second fixed contact, a drive device configured to move the movable contact piece, and the wall portion disposed inside the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact in a longitudinal direction. At least a part of the wall portion is disposed at a position beyond the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact toward the movable contact piece in a moving direction of the movable contact piece. The movable contact piece has a shape so as to avoid the wall portion in a contact state where the first movable contact is in contact with the first fixed contact and the second movable contact is in contact with the second fixed contact.
ARC CHUTE DEBRIS BLOCKER
An arc chute assembly includes a first arc side and a second arc side opposite and spaced apart from the first arc side, each arc side including a first vertical edge, a second vertical edge, and a debris blocker component at the second vertical edge, where the debris blocker component is disposed proximate to the separable contacts and structured to contain debris generated during an interruption; and a plurality of arc plates disposed between the arc sides, the separable contacts disposed within the plurality of arc plates, each arc plate including a base and two legs each extending from the base and comprising a distal element proximate to the separable contacts, where each arc plate is structured to attract and quench an arc generated upon opening of the separable contacts associated with the interruption and the distal element is structured to accelerate the opening of the separable contacts.
SWITCHING DEVICE
The invention relates to a switching device which has two stationary contacts and a movable contact in a switching chamber. The stationary contacts are arranged next to each other along a longitudinal direction, and the switching chamber has a switching chamber wall with opposing transversal lateral wall parts and opposing longitudinal lateral wall parts. Each of the two stationary contacts is arranged at a distance to one of the transversal lateral wall parts, said distance being shorter than the respective distance to the longitudinal lateral wall parts.
