A method of forming an integrated circuit package includes attaching a first die to an interposer. The interposer includes a first die connector and a second die connector on the interposer and a first dielectric layer covering at least one sidewall of the first die connector and at least one sidewall of the second die connector. The first die is coupled to the first die connector and to the first dielectric layer and the second die connector is exposed by the first die. The method further includes recessing the first dielectric layer to expose at least one sidewall of the second die connector and attaching a second die to the interposer, the second die being coupled to the second die connector.

A display includes a pixel electrode disposed on a substrate, a light emitting element disposed on the pixel electrode, a connection electrode disposed on a side surface of the light emitting element, and a common electrode disposed on the light emitting element. The light emitting element includes a first sub light emitting element, a second sub light emitting element disposed on the first sub light emitting element, and a third sub light emitting element disposed on the second sub light emitting element. The connection electrode is disposed on at least one side surface of the first sub light emitting element, the second sub light emitting element, and the third sub light emitting element.

A method of forming an integrated circuit package includes attaching a first die to an interposer. The interposer includes a first die connector and a second die connector on the interposer and a first dielectric layer covering at least one sidewall of the first die connector and at least one sidewall of the second die connector. The first die is coupled to the first die connector and to the first dielectric layer and the second die connector is exposed by the first die. The method further includes recessing the first dielectric layer to expose at least one sidewall of the second die connector and attaching a second die to the interposer, the second die being coupled to the second die connector.

A method of forming an integrated circuit package includes attaching a first die to an interposer. The interposer includes a first die connector and a second die connector on the interposer and a first dielectric layer covering at least one sidewall of the first die connector and at least one sidewall of the second die connector. The first die is coupled to the first die connector and to the first dielectric layer and the second die connector is exposed by the first die. The method further includes recessing the first dielectric layer to expose at least one sidewall of the second die connector and attaching a second die to the interposer, the second die being coupled to the second die connector.

A semiconductor device includes a first chip having a first chip body and a first bonding layer which is disposed on the first chip body and includes a first bonding pad; and a second chip bonded on the first bonding layer, and having a second chip body and a second bonding layer which is disposed under the second chip body and includes a second bonding pad bonded to the first bonding pad, wherein a side surface of the first bonding layer and a side surface of the second chip are retracted inward of a side surface of the first chip body.
