DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
It is an object of the present invention to form a pixel electrode and a metal film using one resist mask in manufacturing a stacked structure by forming the metal film over the pixel electrode. A conductive film to be a pixel electrode and a metal film are stacked. A resist pattern having a thick region and a region thinner than the thick region is formed over the metal film using an exposure mask having a semi light-transmitting portion. The pixel electrode, and the metal film formed over part of the pixel electrode to be in contact therewith are formed using the resist pattern. Accordingly, a pixel electrode and a metal film can be formed using one resist mask.

ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODES DISPLAYS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A cracks propagation preventing, polarization film attaches to outer edges of a lower inorganic layer of an organic light emitting diodes display where the display is formed on a flexible substrate having the lower inorganic layer blanket formed thereon. The organic light emitting diodes display further includes a display unit positioned on the inorganic layer and including a plurality of organic light emitting diodes configured to display an image, and a thin film encapsulating layer covering the display unit and joining with edges of the inorganic layer extending beyond the display unit.
ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DISPLAY APPARATUS
An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a first substrate, a display unit defining an active area on the first substrate and including an insulating layer, a second substrate on the display unit, one or more signal lines outside the active area and on the insulating layer, and a sealant between the first substrate and the second substrate. The sealant bonds the first substrate and the second substrate, and covers at least a portion of the signal lines.
ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE
The invention relates to an organic light-emitting component which has an organic functional layer stack (3) having at least one light-emitting layer, which is designed to generate light during operation of the component, a transparent first electrode (2) and a transparent second electrode (4), which are designed to inject charge carriers into the organic functional layer stack (3) during operation, and a heat distribution layer (9), which is applied over the electrodes (2, 4) and the organic functional layer stack (3) and which has at least one plastic layer (10) and a highly heat conductive layer (11), wherein the heat distribution layer (9) has at least one transparent sub-region (91) and at least one non-transparent sub-region (92).
DISPLAY DEVICE, BONDING JIG, BONDING DEVICE, AND STRETCHING JIG USED FOR MANUFACTURING THE DISPLAY DEVICE, AND METHOD FORMANUFACTURING DISPLAY DEVICE
Provided is a display device 100 that includes a display panel having flexibility (an organic EL panel 1 as an example), and an optical member 2 having flexibility, arranged so as to be stacked on the display panel, wherein the display panel and the optical member 2 are stacked and bonded in a bent state, and thereafter stretched into a flat shape.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS
A display device according to the present disclosure has a resonator structure in which a light reflector and a semi-transmissive plate are disposed at a distance that differs for each luminescent color. In this resonator structure, a light-emitting function layer including a light-emitting layer, a transparent cathode electrode, and a protective film that protects the cathode electrode are laminated in order between the light reflector and the semi-transmissive plate. In addition, the semi-transmissive plate is formed on the protective film.
Flexible Display and Method of Forming the Same
The present disclosure proposes a flexible display and a method of forming the flexible display. The flexible display includes a flexible base, an OLED element disposing on the flexible base, an encapsulation layer disposed on the OLED element, with the flexible base and/or the encapsulation layer comprising one or more patterned inorganic layers and two or more organic layers, which are configured to wrap the inorganic layers. Therefore, when the stress focuses on the inorganic layer and leads to fractures and peeling-offs, the organic layers that wrapped the inorganic layer prevent the expansion of the fractures and peeling-offs, therefore extend the life of the flexible display being flexible and pliable.
CIRCULARLY POLARIZING PLATE AND BENDABLE DISPLAY DEVICE
The present invention provides a circularly polarizing plate that makes it possible to realize a bendable display device having reduced reflectivity and reflective tint and has excellent bending resistance, and a display device including a circularly polarizing plate. The circularly polarizing plate of the present invention is a circularly polarizing plate used for a bendable display device and includes a polarizer, and a phase difference film that is arranged on one side of the polarizer. The phase difference film includes a λ/2 plate and a λ/4 plate, the λ/2 plate and the λ/4 plate each include a liquid crystal compound, and a slow axis direction of the phase difference film is adjusted to define an angle of 75 to 105 degrees with respect to a bending direction of the display device.
