SECONDARY BATTERY
Provided is a secondary battery including an electrode assembly and an exterior body that houses the electrode assembly. In the secondary battery, the exterior body includes a metal plate joined via an insulating material interposed therebetween, and the exterior body has a cavity, and one of a peripheral edge of the cavity and an outer edge of the metal plate is bent so as to be separated from the insulating material.

BUTTON-TYPE SECONDARY BATTERY
A button-type secondary battery including an electrode assembly having a first and second electrode tabs; a lower can having an accommodation part, in which the electrode assembly is accommodated and to which the first electrode tab is connected, and a flange part on an outer circumferential surface of the accommodation part; an upper cap on the accommodation part covering the accommodation part and a curl part on an outer circumferential surface of the cover part; a terminal member coupled to the upper cap and connected to the second electrode tab; and an insulating member configured to insulate the terminal member and the upper cap from each other and seal a gap between the terminal member and the upper cap. The flange part and the curl part are coupled to each other in a seaming manner to seal a gap between the lower can and the upper cap.
BUTTON-TYPE SECONDARY BATTERY
A button-type secondary battery including an electrode assembly having a first and second electrode tabs; a lower can having an accommodation part, in which the electrode assembly is accommodated and to which the first electrode tab is connected, and a flange part on an outer circumferential surface of the accommodation part; an upper cap on the accommodation part covering the accommodation part and a curl part on an outer circumferential surface of the cover part; a terminal member coupled to the upper cap and connected to the second electrode tab; and an insulating member configured to insulate the terminal member and the upper cap from each other and seal a gap between the terminal member and the upper cap. The flange part and the curl part are coupled to each other in a seaming manner to seal a gap between the lower can and the upper cap.
BUTTON CELL
A button cell includes a packaging member and an electrode assembly. The packaging member includes an insulating wall, a first end cover, and a second end cover. The insulating wall is provided with a through accommodating cavity, and the first end cover and the second end cover are arranged at two ends of the accommodating cavity, respectively. The insulating wall is further provided with a first communication hole for communication between the accommodating cavity and an external environment of the packaging member. The electrode assembly is accommodated in the accommodating cavity and includes a first electrode plate and a second electrode. The packaging member further includes a first conductive terminal arranged at the first communication hole, which is electrically connected to the first electrode plate forming an outer tab of the button cell, and is arranged on a wall instead of an end cover.
BUTTON CELL
A button cell includes a packaging member and an electrode assembly. The packaging member includes an insulating wall, a first end cover, and a second end cover. The insulating wall is provided with a through accommodating cavity, and the first end cover and the second end cover are arranged at two ends of the accommodating cavity, respectively. The insulating wall is further provided with a first communication hole for communication between the accommodating cavity and an external environment of the packaging member. The electrode assembly is accommodated in the accommodating cavity and includes a first electrode plate and a second electrode. The packaging member further includes a first conductive terminal arranged at the first communication hole, which is electrically connected to the first electrode plate forming an outer tab of the button cell, and is arranged on a wall instead of an end cover.
CELL, BATTERY, AND ELECTRIC APPARATUS
A cell, including an electrode assembly and a shell. The electrode assembly includes tabs, and the electrode assembly is disposed in the shell. The shell includes a packaging part and a sealing part connected to the packaging part, where the sealing part is formed by extending the packaging part outward, the electrode assembly is located in the packaging part, and the tabs penetrate out of the sealing part. The packaging part includes a side wall, where notches are provided in the sealing part, the notches are formed by recessing an exterior circumferential edge of the sealing part towards a joint of the sealing part and the packaging part, and the sealing part is attached to the side wall.

A cell, including an electrode assembly and a shell. The electrode assembly includes tabs, and the electrode assembly is disposed in the shell. A button-type secondary battery includes an electrode assembly in which electrodes and a separator are layered and wound, electrode tabs having different polarities protrude from top and bottom surfaces of the electrode assembly, respectively; a can including a bottom part with the electrode assembly disposed thereon and connected to one electrode tab, and a sidewall vertically extending along a circumference of the bottom part around the electrode assembly; and a top cap assembly with a terminal part connected to the other electrode tab and a plate coupled to be insulated from the terminal part and having an edge coupled to an upper end of the sidewall such that the top cap assembly is coupled to the can to close the can. An end of an edge of the plate is welded to be coupled after being seated on a point that meets the upper end of the sidewall.
