The invention relates to a battery shell, in particular a battery shell of a traction battery, the battery shell being formed from plastics material, the battery shell having a fastening system for fastening a component to the battery shell, the fastening system having a guide rail, an inner profile and a fastening element, the guide rail being integrally or interlockingly connected to the battery shell, the inner profile being guided by the guide rail, the fastening element being designed to establish a connection between the component and the inner profile.
MODULAR BATTERY SYSTEM FOR POWER EQUIPMENT
A battery pack is provided that includes battery cell magazines and a battery management system to control charging and discharging of the associated battery pack. The battery cell magazines may include a magazine housing and associated battery cells. The magazine housing may define a plurality of battery cell recesses to receive the battery cells. The battery management system may be configured to balance the state of charge of a battery stack of battery packs. Methods for balancing a state of charge of battery packs of a battery stack are also provided, as are systems for lifting a battery stack.
MODULAR BATTERY SYSTEM FOR POWER EQUIPMENT
A battery pack is provided that includes battery cell magazines and a battery management system to control charging and discharging of the associated battery pack. The battery cell magazines may include a magazine housing and associated battery cells. The magazine housing may define a plurality of battery cell recesses to receive the battery cells. The battery management system may be configured to balance the state of charge of a battery stack of battery packs. Methods for balancing a state of charge of battery packs of a battery stack are also provided, as are systems for lifting a battery stack.

A battery module has a structure capable of preventing spread of flames when fire breaks out in the battery module, and more particularly a battery module including a plurality of battery cell module assemblies, each of the battery cell module assemblies including battery cells arranged in tight contact with each other, a side plate electrically connected to electrode leads of the battery cell module assemblies, a duct disposed outside the side plate, and a gas cutoff structure disposed in the duct, wherein the plurality of battery cell module assemblies is disposed so as to have a space therebetween.
Side plate and battery module
The present disclosure provides a side plate and a battery module. The side plate is applied to the battery module. The side plate includes: a first plate, a second plate and a connection portion. The first plate includes a first free end at one side in a height direction, the second plate includes a second free end at the same side in the height direction, the first free end and the second free end abut against each other. The connection portion is located at the other side opposite to the first free end and the second free end in the height direction, and is configured to connect the first plate and the second plate, and enclose a hollow cavity with the first plate and the second plate.
Energy storage system
The energy storage system includes battery cells, a subrack, a backplane, and a battery management system BMS. The subrack reserves a plurality of battery cell slots, the battery cells are connected to the backplane through the battery cell slots. The backplane is installed in the subrack, a first power terminal is reserved at a position corresponding to the battery cell slot on the backplane, and a plug-in power terminal is formed by a second power terminal of the battery cell together with the first power terminal. A power circuit, a sampling circuit, and an equalizer circuit are integrated into the backplane, and the power circuit, the sampling circuit, and the equalizer circuit are connected after the second power terminal is plugged and docked with the first power terminal. The BMS is connected to the backplane for managing the energy storage system.

A cell (100) is provided, which includes a metal housing (11) and multiple electrode core strings encapsulated in the metal housing (11). The multiple electrode core strings are arranged in a second direction and sequentially connected in series. Each of the electrode core strings includes an encapsulation film (13) and multiple electrode core assemblies (12) arranged in a first direction and sequentially connected in series. The electrode core assemblies (12) are encapsulated in the encapsulation film (13). An air pressure between the metal housing (11) and the encapsulation film (13) is lower than an air pressure outside the metal housing (11).
Battery Module and Battery Pack Including the Same
A battery module according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes: a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked, a module frame that is formed into a bowl type of a bottom surface and front, rear, left and right surfaces and houses the battery cell stack; and an upper plate that covers the upper side of the battery cell stack and is coupled to the module frame, wherein the module frame comprises a bottom part, front and rear plates, and left and right plates, wherein the bottom part, the front and rear plates, and the left and right plates are integrally formed, and wherein a recessed part is formed at a portion where a bottom edge connected to the front and rear plates meet with a bottom edge connected to the left and right plates.
