Battery Shell, Traction Battery and Motor Vehicle
The invention relates to a battery shell, in particular a battery shell of a traction battery, the battery shell being formed from plastics material, the battery shell having a fastening system for fastening a component to the battery shell, the fastening system having a guide rail, an inner profile and a fastening element, the guide rail being integrally or interlockingly connected to the battery shell, the inner profile being guided by the guide rail, the fastening element being designed to establish a connection between the component and the inner profile.
Battery and connection apparatus
A battery includes: a casing that includes a plurality of exterior faces having outer faces facing mutually-different directions and has an arrangement concave part formed; a cell that is housed inside the casing; and a connector that includes a connection terminal connected to an electrode terminal of a connection apparatus and is arranged in the arrangement concave part, in which a face forming the arrangement concave part of the casing is formed as a concave part forming face, and the concave part forming face is present between the exterior faces and the connector.
Apparatus for Measuring Battery Cell Pressure
An apparatus for measuring a pressure of battery cells includes: a battery cell; a pressure sensor configured to measure the surface pressure of the battery cell; and a first plate arranged between the battery cell and the pressure sensor so as to be in contact with the battery cell and the pressure sensor.
Battery module including heat shrinkable tube
A battery module includes a heat-shrinkable tube serving as a module housing. The battery module includes a cell assembly having a plurality of pouch-type secondary batteries; a bus bar assembly having a bus bar frame and a bus bar mounted to an outer surface of the bus bar frame; and a heat-shrinkable tube formed to be shrunk by heat and configured so that the cell assembly is located therein, the heat-shrinkable tube being provided to surround a side surface of the cell assembly and a portion of the bus bar assembly.
CONNECTION MODULE
A connection module configured to connect a plurality of battery packs having positive and negative electrode terminals, the connection module including an insulating member having a holding portion that holds a bus bar configured to connect electrode terminals of adjacent battery packs, and a temperature detection portion that detects the temperature of the bus bar, the insulating member having a temporary locking portion that detachably locks the temperature detection portion.
Secondary Battery Module
A secondary battery module includes a plurality of battery blocks each obtained by stacking a plurality of battery cells. The secondary battery module includes a holding member adapted to hold the plurality of battery blocks and including a pair of opposed end plates, a pair of opposed side plates, and a section plate arranged between the adjacent battery blocks to partition the battery blocks; and an inter-block bus bar provided across the section plate and adapted to electrically connect the adjacent battery blocks. The inter-block bus bar has a fuse portion.
