An ultrasonic joining horn disclosed herein can generate ultrasonic vibration in a predetermined vibration direction and includes a base portion, a stand portion that rises from an upper surface of the base portion, and a pressure contact portion formed of a plurality of protrusions that protrude from an upper surface of the stand portion. Each of the protrusions is formed into a pyramid shape or a truncated pyramid shape, the protrusions are arrayed, and when viewed from top, at least a portion of a peripheral edge of a portion in which the protrusions are arrayed has a zigzag shape. The zigzag portion is formed along at least one of the vibration direction and a perpendicular direction to the vibration direction. The upper surface of the base portion has an exposed surface on which the stand portion is not formed.

A terminal component disclosed herein includes a first member formed of a metal and a plate-like second member formed of a metal, and a metal joining portion joined by metal joining is formed in a boundary surface where the first member and the second member are stacked. On a surface of the second member in an opposite side to the boundary surface, a raised portion raised from the surface is formed in a peripheral portion close to the metal joining portion.

The jelly roll may also include a top surface not in contact with the top lid, a bottom surface partially in contact with the negative contact surface, and partially in contact with a plurality of non-hollow carbonaceous spherical particles disposed between the bottom surface of the jelly roll and the negative contact surface. At least some of the non-hollow carbonaceous spherical particles may provide one or more electrically-conductive pathways between the bottom surface and the negative contact surface.

The present disclosure provides a secondary battery which comprises: a cap plate provided with a first electrode terminal; an electrode assembly comprising a main body and a first electrode tab; a first connecting piece connected between the first electrode tab and the first electrode terminal. The first connecting piece includes a first electrode terminal connecting portion, a first electrode tab connecting portion and a first fusing portion. The secondary battery further comprises an insulating piece arranged on the first connecting piece to prevent direct physical contact between the first electrode tab and the first electrode terminal connecting portion by covering at least an edge of the first electrode terminal connecting portion.
