The plurality of battery cells comprise sealing parts that extend downward from the bottom surface of the cell case body such that each one of the sealing parts is located inside the thermal conductive resin layer, and is folded toward the bottom surfaces of the cell case body to accommodate an adhesive layer between the folded portion of the sealing part and the bottom surface of the cell case body.

BATTERY MODULE, BATTERY PACK AND VEHICLE

Disclosed is a battery module and a battery pack with improved durability. The battery module includes a plurality of cylindrical battery cells each respectively having electrode terminals; a module case having an accommodation portion in which the plurality of cylindrical battery cells are accommodated; a bus bar including a plate-shaped and electrically conductive body portion, and a connection portion configured to contact the electrode terminals to electrically connect the plurality of cylindrical battery cells to each other; an electrically insulating insulation sheet covering an outer side of the bus bar, the insulation sheet having an exposure hole through which at least a part of the bus bar is exposed to an outside; and an electrically insulating adhesive on the at least a part of the bus bar exposed to the outside through the exposure hole of the insulation sheet.

Nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery

The purpose of the present disclosure is to prevent, in a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, a tape adhered to an outermost peripheral surface of an electrode group from breaking due to charging and discharging. A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a winding-type electrode group and tapes adhered to an outermost peripheral surface of the electrode group so that an electrode group winding end E is fixed to the outermost peripheral surface of the electrode group. The tapes include: two adhesive regions including a substrate layer and an adhesive layer; and a non-adhesive region sandwiched between the two adhesive regions and consisting only of the substrate layer. The non-adhesive region is disposed so as to extend across the winding end E, which is positioned on the outermost periphery of the electrode group, in the winding direction.

Nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery

FIXING ASSEMBLY FOR BATTERY MODULE AND BATTERY PACK

A fixing assembly for a battery module and a battery pack are provided. The fixing assembly for the battery module includes an end plate, a fixing member, and a first band. The end plate is provided with a limiting member protruding from a surface of the end plate. The fixing member is configured to connect multiple battery modules and abut against the surface of the end plate provided with the limiting member, such that the fixing member, the limiting member, and the end plate can cooperatively define a positioning region. The first band is configured to abut against the surface of the end plate provided with the limiting member to bind the battery module. The first band abuts against the positioning region, such that the fixing member and the limiting member can cooperatively abut against the first band.
