HYDROGEN FUEL CELL EXHAUST SYSTEM
The present invention is a hydrogen exhaust device for fuel cell. A tail gas discharge device for a fuel cell system includes a steam trap, a buffer solenoid valve, a buffer tank and a drain solenoid valve. The steam trap can collect water from wet hydrogen. The buffer tank is a hollow cavity structure such as a tank. Preferably, the steam trap has an upper cover, a main body, a lower cover and a filter. The upper cover has a wet hydrogen inlet, a pressure sensor, a dry hydrogen outlet and a temperature sensor. The lower cover has a liquid storage cavity and a filter support part. The filter has a filter filler and a filter intake channel.
System and method for fuel supply control for a fuel cell
A fuel supply control system and method for a fuel cell are disclosed. The system includes: a fuel cell configured to receive a fuel gas and an oxidation gas and generate electric power; a recirculation line configured to circulate gas containing the fuel gas and connected to a fuel electrode of the fuel cell; a discharge valve provided in the recirculation line and configured to allow the gas to be discharged to the outside when open; a discharge amount estimator configured to estimate a discharge amount of the discharged gas based on a supply amount of the fuel gas supplied to the recirculation line, a consumption amount of the fuel gas consumed in the fuel cell, and a change in the amount of the gas in the recirculation line; an offset calculator configured to calculate the discharge amount of the gas estimated by the discharge amount estimator with the discharge valve closed, as a discharge offset; and a controller configured to control opening/closing of the discharge valve.

A fuel cell system capable of improving the chemical durability of a membrane electrode assembly by compensating for the amount of an antioxidant lost within the electrolyte membrane or electrode of the fuel cell stack in such a manner that the antioxidant is provided from an antioxidant supply device, provided in a fuel processing system and/or an air processing system, to a fuel cell stack, in preparation for a case where the antioxidant within the electrolyte membrane or electrode is lost due to the dissolution or migration characteristic of the antioxidant.
FUEL CELL SYSTEM
A fuel cell system includes: a reformer which generates a reformed gas containing hydrogen by reacting hydrocarbon and moisture with each other; a fuel cell stack which generates electric energy through electrochemical reaction of the reformed gas and an oxidant; an ejector which, using steam as a drive fluid, sucks either a raw fuel containing the hydrocarbon or a recycled gas recovered from an anode exhaust gas, and supplies a resultant gas to the reformer; and a vaporizer which generates the steam by vaporizing water, wherein an operation temperature of the fuel cell stack is higher than a boiling point of water at an operation pressure, and the vaporizer generates the steam through heat exchange with the anode exhaust gas.

FUEL CELL SYSTEM AND EXHAUST GAS TREATMENT DEVICE
The present disclosure relates to a fuel cell system including: an air supply line configured to supply air to a fuel cell stack; a discharge line connected to the fuel cell stack and configured to guide exhaust gas discharged from the fuel cell stack; a discharge adapter connected to the discharge line and configured to discharge the exhaust gas to the outside; and a bypass line having one end connected to the air supply line and the other end connected to the discharge adapter, the bypass line being configured to selectively allow the air to flow from the air supply line to the discharge adapter, thereby effectively reducing a hydrogen concentration in exhaust gas discharged from the fuel cell stack.

A system and method for cooling and humidifying a cathode subsystem of a fuel cell for an automobile. The system includes a compressor, an air input line including an intercooler configured to cool air output by the compressor, a fluid output line including a fluid injection system, a cathode stack configured to receive air via the air input line and output a fluid to the fluid output line, and an electronic processor. The electronic processor is configured to control the fluid injection system such that the fluid output from the cathode stack is injected into the air input line.
LARGE PROTON EXCHANGE MEMBRANE FUEL CELL POWER STATION PROCESS SYSTEM
A large-scale proton exchange membrane fuel cell power station process system includes a distributed cell stack module, a modular fuel supply system, a modular oxidant supply system, a modular cooling system, a power transmission and inverter system, and a power station master system. The distributed cell stack module is a power station core power generation device, the modular fuel supply system serves as a fuel supply system for the distributed cell stack module, and the modular oxidant supply system serves as an oxidant supply system for the distributed cell stack module; the modular cooling system performs cooling and heat exchange of the distributed cell stack module, the power transmission and inverter system converts, transmits and allocates a power of the distributed cell stack module, and the power station master system controls and manages each of the systems and the modules. The process system is unattended during peak electricity consumption.

A fuel cell system mounted on a vehicle includes a fuel cell, a humidity sensor configured to detect a humidity in a vehicle cabin of the vehicle, a cathode off-gas exhaust passage through which cathode off-gas emitted from the fuel cell is exhausted to outside the vehicle, an introducing port for cathode off-gas, provided in the cathode off-gas exhaust passage, a cathode off-gas introducing unit configured to introduce cathode off-gas emitted from the fuel cell, into the vehicle cabin of the vehicle via the introducing port, and a cathode off-gas introducing amount control unit configured to control an amount of the cathode off-gas introduced into the vehicle cabin of the vehicle in accordance with a humidity in the vehicle cabin of the vehicle, detected by the humidity sensor.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HUMIDIFICATION OF FUEL CELL ELECTRIC VEHICLE
A system for humidification of a fuel cell electric vehicle includes a fuel cell stack for producing electrical energy through an electrochemical reaction of hydrogen and oxygen, a water supply tank for storing water generated during power generation in the fuel cell stack, a first duct for supplying air exhausted from a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) apparatus to a vehicle glass, a second duct for supplying air exhausted from the HVAC apparatus into the vehicle interior, a humidification apparatus for humidifying air supplied through the second duct using water supplied from the water supply tank, and a controller that supplies air to the vehicle glass through the first duct to perform anti-fogging control of the vehicle glass when adjusting an inside humidity of the vehicle using the humidification apparatus.
