ANTENNA DEVICE AND DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
An antenna device according to an embodiment includes an array antenna including a plurality of antenna elements, a first flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) including a plurality of first transmission lines which are electrically connected to the plurality of antenna elements and have different lengths, and a radio frequency integrated circuit (RFIC) electrically connected to the plurality of first transmission lines.
ARRAY ANTENNA
An array antenna includes a flexible substrate formed by stacked liquid crystal polymer (LCP) layers and has at least one feed point. At least one serial antenna is arranged on the flexible substrate, and a microstrip is extended from the feed point to connect a plurality of radiating elements in series to form the serial antenna. The tail end one of the radiating elements of the serial antenna is connected to one end of a ground microstrip, and another end of the ground microstrip is short-circuited to the ground. The length of the ground microstrip is approximately one fourth of the wavelength of the center frequency of the array antenna. Feeding sections where microstrips feeding to the radiating elements are in a horn and/or groove shape. Desired frequency and bandwidth may be obtained by adjusting lengths and widths of feeding sections respectively.
Pad structures for antennas that allow multiple orientations with RFID straps
In some embodiments, a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag system includes a first strap mounting pad of an RFID antenna component, and a second strap mounting pad of the RFID antenna component, the second strap mounting pad being electrically coupled to the first RFID strap mounting pad. At least one of the first strap mounting pad and the second strap mounting pad may extend diagonally with respect to a wide edge direction of the antenna component, thus making the RFID antenna component configured to receive both a strap that is parallel to a wide edge direction of the antenna component and a strap that is perpendicular to a wide edge direction of the antenna component.
Method of operating a wireless electrical energy transmission system
A wireless electrical energy transmission system is provided. The system comprises a wireless transmission base configured to wirelessly transmit electrical energy or data via near field magnetic coupling to a receiving antenna configured within an electronic device. The wireless electrical energy transmission system is configured with at least one transmitting antenna and a transmitting electrical circuit positioned within the transmission base. The transmission base is configured so that at least one electronic device can be wirelessly electrically charged or powered by positioning the at least one device external and adjacent to the transmission base.
ANTENNA GOOSENECK DEVICE AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM TO MITIGATE NEAR-FIELD EFFECTS OF CO-LOCALIZED ANTENNAS ON PORTABLE RADIO PRODUCTS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
A communication system comprising a radio device and a gooseneck device. The radio device may be coupled to a first antenna and a second antenna. A feedline gooseneck device may be coupled to the first antenna. The feedline gooseneck device may include a coaxial cable coupled between the mobile device and the first antenna and a ferrite element positioned along the coaxial cable. The ferrite element is configured to reduce EM interaction between the first and the second antenna. The ferrite element may be one of a plurality of ferrite elements and the feedline gooseneck device may further include a plurality of flexible elements positioned adjacent to each of the plurality of ferrite elements. The ferrite element(s) may surround at least 60% of a length of the coaxial cable. The first antenna may be removably coupled to the gooseneck device. The system allows for reduction of an amount of electromagnetic interference between the first antenna coupled to the gooseneck and the second antenna.
Antenna device
An antenna device, a transportation vehicle, and a textile article having an antenna device. The antenna device includes conductive filaments woven into a carrier fabric, wherein the conductive filaments form an antenna structure and are a contacting structure at a first end.
EYEWEAR WITH APERTURE TUNED DIELECTRIC LOADED MULTI-BAND ANTENNA
Eyewear including a dipole antenna having a first leg and a second leg, wherein the first leg includes at least a portion of a battery, such as a conductive case of the battery. An antenna feed is coupled to the dipole antenna between the second leg and the battery. The second leg may comprise a flexible printed circuit (FPC), and the second leg is an active leg. The second leg has a first portion and a second portion. The first portion and the second portion may have the same physical length. The first portion may be dielectrically loaded with a high permittivity loaded material, and the second portion may be dielectrically loaded with a low permittivity loaded material.
Deployable tile aperture devices, systems, and methods
Deployable tile aperture devices, systems, and methods are provided in accordance with various embodiments. Some embodiments include a device that may include multiple aperture tiles that may be coupled with each other such the multiple aperture tiles have a stacked stowed configuration and a flat deployed configuration. Some embodiments include one or more tension chords configured to deploy the multiple aperture tiles when tension is applied to the one or more tension chords. The flat deployed configuration may include at least one side edge portion of each aperture tile from the multiple aperture tiles making contact with another side edge portion of another aperture tile from the multiple aperture tiles. The flat deployed configuration may form one or more continuous face surfaces formed from the multiple aperture tiles. The one or more tension chords may pass through at least a portion of one or more of the multiple aperture tiles.
ANTENNA MODULE
An antenna module comprises: a circuit board, having a three-dimensional keep-out area; an antenna, disposed on the circuit board and located in the keep-out area; and a metal piece, disposed on the circuit board and located in the keep-out area, wherein the metal piece is electrically insulated from the antenna.
Self-Deployable Antenna
