Connector housing with locking cover
A connector housing includes a body and a cover mounted on a top portion of the body. The body has a plurality of terminal receiving chambers arranged in a row and a first engagement portion formed on a top surface of each wall at a left side and a right side of each terminal receiving chamber. The cover has a first aperture corresponding to the first engagement portion. The first engagement portion engages the first aperture to lock the cover to the body.
Device for connecting an electric wiring harness to the rear of an electrical connector
A device for connecting an electric wiring harness to the rear of an electrical connector, includes two half-shells configured to be assembled and to receive within them at least one cable of the electric wiring harness, a rear clamping nut designed to compress the two half-shells radially around the cable, a longitudinal body designed to hold the two half-shells axially, a front clamping nut designed to hold the longitudinal body around the electrical connector, wherein each one of the two half-shells includes an inner pad made of an elastomeric material, configured to be in contact with the cable, and an outer jacket made of a rigid material, at least partially enveloping the inner pad and configured to be in contact with the rear clamping nut.
WIRE COVER AND WIRING MEMBER
A wire cover includes an inner cover member covering a bent section of an electric wire from an inner peripheral side and an outer cover member covering the bent section from an outer peripheral side. One end portion of the wire cover sandwiches the electric wire along a first direction. The other end portion of the wire cover sandwiches the electric wire along a second direction. The inner cover member and the outer cover member move relative to each other along the first direction. When observed from a third direction intersecting a plane that includes the first direction and the second direction, a first attachment portion and a second attachment portion are positioned outward of the surface of the inner cover body on the innermost side of the bent section or inward of the surface of the outer cover body on the outermost side of the bent section.
Method for producing shield wire, shield wire with earthing member, and clamping device
A method for producing a shield wire includes: disposing the first terminal at an opening end portion of the shield body in a state where the covered wire and the shield body are inserted into the first terminal; folding the opening end portion of the shield body to an outer side and disposing the second terminal to sandwich the folded opening end portion; and press-deforming the first terminal and the second terminal into a clamping shape. A mold surface of the mold has a protruding portion protruding toward the axis, and a protruding end surface of the protruding portion has a radius of curvature smaller than a radius of an outer peripheral surface of the second terminal before clamping and larger than a radius of an outer peripheral surface of the covered wire before clamping.
Purpose built cable connector
A cable connector including a housing with a main body having a front face opposite a rear face and pin holes formed through the main body extending between the front face and the rear face, a first arm and second arm extending from the main body distal from the rear face; a cover removably coupled to the front face, the cover including receivers configured to align with the pin holes to receive either a pin or a socket connected at a terminal end of a wire; fasteners removably coupled to the cover and the housing; at least one guide post extending from an outer surface of the cover; a collar supported between the first arm and the second arm; and a predetermined pattern of the wire coupled to at least one of the pin and the socket, wherein either the pin or the socket are insertable in the pin hole.
STRAIN RELIEF FACILITY, CONNECTION ARRANGEMENT AND MEDICAL FACILITY
A strain relief facility for a coaxial cable that is connectable to an electronics unit via an associated plug, includes two half-shells forming a receiver for the coaxial cable and the associated plug, and a fastening facility to fasten the strain relief facility to the electronics unit, and to fasten the half-shells to one another. The receiver has at least one cable section to receive the coaxial cable and a plug section to receive the plug.
Connection structure of electric component, motor and connection method of electric component
A connection structure of an electric component, a motor and a connection method of an electric component are provided. The connection structure of the electric component includes: an electric component main body having a connection terminal; a connector for wiring which is connected with the connection terminal; a base member; and a cover member. The base member is provided with an accommodation recessed part which accommodates inside a connected portion between the connection terminal and the connector. The accommodation recessed part has an opening part opened to an upper side. The cover member is attached to the base member so as to cover the opening part. An inside of the accommodation recessed part is filled with a sealing material which seals the connected portion between the connection terminal and the connector, and the sealing material fixes the connected portion, the base member and the cover member to each other.
Connector backshell assembly
A connector backshell assembly includes a module hood sealable against a connection port having a first connector, a harness hood configured to house a second connector mateable with the first connector, a backshell configured to provide strain relief to a wire harness extending from the second connector and securable on the harness hood after the second connector is housed within the harness hood, and a latch assembly having a latch handle moveable from a first position into a second position to move the harness hood into sealing engagement with the module hood.
CABLE CONNECTOR WITH IMPROVED TERMINAL AND WIRE HOLDING PORTIONS
A cable connector includes an outer housing, an inner housing including a first housing and a second housing assembled with each other, and a cable assembly retained between the first housing and the second housing. The cable assembly includes a pair of terminals, two wires, and a sleeve. The second housing defines a group of first holding portions for holding the wires. The first housing and the second housing each define a group of second holding portions for commonly holding the sleeve.
RECEPTACLE CONNECTOR WITH CABLE-CLAMPED STRUCTURE
A receptacle connector with a cable-clamped structure of the invention includes a housing, an electrical module and a cable clamping module. The electrical module is disposed in the housing and includes a circuit board, a plurality of contacting terminals and a plurality of prick type terminals. The circuit board is disposed in the housing. The contacting terminals and the prick type terminals are disposed on the printed circuit board. The cable clamping module includes a first clamping member, a second clamping member and a cable clamper, wherein the first clamping member engages the second clamping member, and the cable clamper is pivoted to the first clamping member.
