A power connector assembly includes a busbar having a mounting surface and openings extending into the busbar being open at the mounting surface and power contacts arranged in a power contact array electrically connected to the busbar. Each power contact includes a main body, a first compliant pin extending from the main body, and a second compliant pin extending from the main body. The first compliant pin is received in the corresponding opening of the busbar to electrically connect the power contact to the busbar. The second compliant pin is configured to be received in a plated via of a printed circuit board to electrically connect the power contact to the printed circuit board. The power contact array mechanically and electrically connects the busbar to the printed circuit board.

Electrical cable assembly

The cable assembly includes a first wire assembly. The first wire assembly is connected to a first connector and a second connector. The first connector includes a shell and the shell includes an extension. The extension extends away from the rear of the connector. In one embodiment, the extension is integral with the shell. The extension includes one or more openings. The first wire assembly is bent in a controlled manner at first bend. The first opening in the extension maintains the first wire assembly in the bent position to maintain control of the radius in first bend. The radius is controlled to allow the first wire assembly to fit in a small space.

Provided is a connector module that is highly durable and that also allows easy position alignment with a connection target instrument while maintaining high shielding performance. The connector module includes a connector case and a connector inserted in the connector case. The connector includes a contact, a holder, a conductive tubular shell, a housing and a conductive shield case. The shield case includes a first member having an elastic portion and a second member in the form of a bottomed tube. The first member forms an elastic piece contactable with the second member. Fixing of the connector case to a main body case via a fastener member causes, in the connector, elastic deformation of the elastic piece, resulting in decrease in a gap between the first member and the second member, consequently in establishment of electrical connection between the first member and the second member.

METER BLOCK ADAPTOR AND METHOD

An electric meter adaptor includes a housing having a meter block end and a meter end opposite the meter block end. The meter adaptor includes a pair of first blades supported by the housing and extending from the meter block end to the meter end, each of the first blades having a line connector at the meter block end and a meter connector at the meter block end. The meter adaptor includes a pair of second blades supported by the housing at the meter block end, each of the second blades having a load connector. The meter adaptor includes a pair of third blades supported by the housing at the meter end, each of the third blades having a second meter connector.

A connection assembly including a first connector comprising a post, and a second connector. A body of the second connector comprises a fastening passage. The post can penetrate into said fastening passage by moving in a fastening direction, so as to reach a fastening position. In the fastening position, the post cannot move in a disassembly direction opposite to the fastening direction. The connectors are configured in such a manner that an external action applied solely to the post allows the post to pass from the fastening position to a free position, in which the post can move in translation in the disassembly direction. In fastening position, the post is in a predetermined angular range. The connection assembly further comprises angular returning means to return the post into said predetermined angular range relative to the axis of the post, when the post is fastened to a body of the first connector.

An electrical connector includes an insulating body, a plurality of terminals fastened in the insulating body, an elastic element mounted to a surface of the insulating body, a camshaft and a shell. The elastic element has a body portion, at least one elastic arm slantwise extended frontward and outward, and then extended frontward from one end of the body portion, at least one extension arm slantwise extended outward and rearward from at least one side of the body portion, and a tail portion slantwise extended upward and rearward from the other end of the body portion. The camshaft is arranged at a rear end of the insulating body. The camshaft has a rotating shaft and a cam portion. The cam portion is arranged corresponding to the tail portion. The shell surrounds the insulating body, the plurality of the terminals, the elastic element and the camshaft.

Board-to-board connector

A first hold-down includes a hold-down elastic piece supported like a cantilever beam by a reinforcing plate part. The hold-down elastic piece includes an elastic piece body extending from the reinforcing plate part, and a curve contact part formed at an end of the elastic piece body and projecting toward a CPU board beyond a CPU board opposed surface. A housing is formed in such a way that the curve contact part does not come into contact with the housing when the curve contact part no longer projects toward the CPU board beyond the CPU board opposed surface as a result of the curve contact part being elastically displaced toward an input-output board.

Connector Interface Assembly for Enclosed Vessels and Associated Systems and Methods

Systems, methods, and apparatus that employ a connector assembly having a substrate layer with an inner aperture and an outer periphery, and one or more signal traces disposed on the substrate that extend from an inner first location to an outer second location of the apparatus, for communicating data between electronic devices positioned within an interior volume of an enclosed vessel and complementary electronic devices positioned in an ambient environment external to the enclosed vessel.
