ELECTRICAL INTERFACE DEVICE FOR AN ELECTRIC MOTOR
An electronics unit and a plug-in junction box for plug-in connection of a plug-in connector integrated therein in the plug-in direction (S) into a plug-compatible socket of an electronics housing of an electronics unit of an electric motor. The junction box has a housing with a pot-like accommodation region delimited by housing walls for accommodating a contact carrier of the plug-in connector. A plurality of hollow-cylindrical screw bushings extending in the plug-in direction (S) are provided in the accommodation region. At a plurality of positions corresponding to those positions of the screw bushings, the contact carrier has externally located guide elements at which the contact carrier can be guided into its final assembly position, and in the final assembly position, the respective guide elements at least partially engage around the cylindrical screw bushings.
Socket device for the touch-proof electrical contacting of a corresponding plug device, plug device and battery module for a high-voltage battery
A socket device for electrically contacting a corresponding plug device. The socket device has a first contact part having a first contact surface arranged radially between an outer first and inner second touch protection part, beyond which the first and second touch protection part axially protrude, a centrally arranged coupling unit, a receptacle region for receiving a corresponding third touch protection part of the plug device, and at least one insulating part, which is arranged extending in the radial direction on the first and/or second touch protection part and at a height above the first contact surface in such a way that the at least one insulating part at least partially overlaps with the first receptacle region but does not overlap with the first contact surface in a top view of the socket device.
System and method for providing an electrical ground connection for a circuit assembly
A system is described for providing an electrical ground connection for a circuit assembly. The system may include a housing for the circuit assembly, the housing having an electrically conductive fixation member configured for attachment to an electrically conductive element outside the housing. The system may also include an electrically conductive feature having a first end and a second end, the first end configured to cooperate with the electrically conductive fixation member inside the housing and the second end configured for attachment to the circuit assembly. Attachment of the electrically conductive fixation member to the electrically conductive element outside the housing enables an electrical ground connection for the circuit assembly via the electrically conductive feature.
Bolt support for a junction box assembly
A junction box assembly includes an upper housing, a lower housing, a connector assembly and a bolt. The upper housing includes a bolt support. The bolt support is a cylindrical member having a top surface and a through hole. The lower housing includes a bottom through hole. The connector assembly further including a threaded bore. A bolt having a threaded end is disposed in the through hole of the upper housing, the bottom through hole of the lower housing and threadedly engaged with the threaded bore of the connector assembly so as to secure the upper housing, lower housing and connector assembly together. The top surface of the cylindrical member includes a plurality of holes, each of the plurality of holes being closed at a bottom end.
Locking device and connector
A locking device adapted to lock a shell to an installation body includes a thread connection member extending through a connecting hole in the shell and engaging a threaded hole in the installation body, a sealing ring sleeved on the thread connection member and adapted to be pressed on an installation surface of the shell to seal the connecting hole of the shell, and a gasket sleeved on the thread connection member and adapted to be pressed between the thread connection member and the sealing ring to prevent the thread connection member from being loosened. The gasket has a pair of stopping arms. An angle defined between the stopping arms is greater than 0 degrees and less than 180 degrees. A pair of top ends of the stopping arms are adapted to simultaneously abut against an outer wall of the shell to prevent the gasket from rotating with the thread connection member.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION APPARATUS AND ILLUMINATION SYSTEM
The present application relates to an electrical connection apparatus and an illumination system. The electrical connection apparatus comprises: a strip-shaped main body; a first and a second electrical connection terminals, provided at a first end and a second end of the main body respectively, and configured to be electrically connected each other and to a first electrical and a second interfaces respectively; and a spacing structure provided between the first end and the second end of the main body, having a platform portion provided at a part of the spacing structure facing towards the first end and a step portion higher than the platform portion, provided at a part of the spacing structure facing towards the second end, and the step portion fits the surface of the second electrical interface. The technical solutions of the present application provide a stable electrical connection between interfaces.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND UNLOCKING COVER THEREOF
An electronic device and an unlocking cover thereof are provided. The unlocking cover includes a shield, at least one assembling portion, and at least one abutting portion. The shield has a baffle and a shielding board that is connected to the baffle. The at least one assembling portion extends from the baffle. The at least one abutting portion extends from an inner surface of the shield. A distal end of the at least one abutting portion away from the shielding board is spaced apart from an inner surface of the shielding board by a triggering height that is within a range from 3.5 mm to 9 mm.
Contact device, contact system and method for assembling such a contact system
A contact device includes a housing having a housing interior, a screw having a screw head and a shaft connected to the screw head, the shaft extending along a screw axis and having a first thread, a screw locking device connecting the screw head to the housing by a force-based and/or an interlocking engagement, and a first contact element for contacting a second contact element of a further contact device. The first contact element and the screw are arranged in the housing interior.
CONNECTOR CONNECTION STRUCTURE
