LEVER TYPE CONNECTOR
A lever type connector includes: a housing fittable with an opposite housing; a lever rotatably attached to the housing; shafts protruding from the both side surfaces of the housing respectively; and hole portions arranged in the pair of side plates respectively, the hole portions into which the shafts are inserted. Each of the shafts includes a protrusion protruding toward an outer side in a radial direction of the shaft at a distal end of the shaft. Each of the hole portions includes an opening prevention wall arranged at an edge of the hole portion and facing an inner side surface of the protrusion with the shaft being inserted into the hole portion. The opening prevention wall includes a plurality of insertion portions into which the protrusion is insertable.
CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A connector assembly includes a base connector having a locking protrusion formed on an outer circumferential surface, a body connector capable of being inserted into the base connector, a main lever configured to be rotatably coupled to the body connector, a locking lever formed on the main lever and capable of engaging with the locking protrusion, and a position assurance slider disposed to engage with the locking lever to be slidable with respect to the locking lever and capable of preventing separation of the locking lever engaged with the locking protrusion.
Electrical Plug-in Connection and Clamping Device for an Electrical Plug-in Connection
The invention relates to a clamping device (5) for an electrical plug-in connection (1), which has a n electrical plug-in connector (2), an electrical mating plug-in connector (3) that can be electrically and mechanically connected to the plug-in connector (2), and a primary latching arrangement (4) for latching the connection between the plug-in connector (2) and the mating plug-in connector (3). Provision is made for the clamping device (5) to be designed to brace the plug-in connector (2) and the mating plug-in connector (3) relative to one another in a connected state in addition to the latching by way of the primary latching arrangement (4).
Plug connector assembly
A plug connector assembly includes first and second connector housings, a rotary lever, and a slide. The rotary lever has side faces each having a guide path into which in each case a guide pin on the second connector housing is inserted and is displaced along the guide path by rotation of the rotary lever whereby the connector housings move toward one another and electrical contact elements thereof connect. The slide is movable on the second plug connector housing. A driver element of the rotary lever cooperates in a form-fit manner with a driver element of the slide when the rotary lever rotates causing the slide to linearly move. A locking element of the slide is displaced relative to a locking element of the first connector housing when the slide linearly moves whereby a form-fit locking action between the locking elements may be established or cancelled.
Electric device including a housing for receiving a battery pack and a latching mechanism
A power tool including a housing that has a battery pack receiving portion configured to receive an interface of a battery pack, device contacts extending from the housing and configured to mechanically and electrically engage with the battery pack, and a latching mechanism supported by the housing and including an actuator and a latch member configured to selectively engage the interface of the battery pack. The actuator is pivotable to operatively pivot the latch member.
Lever-type connector
Between a housing and a position ensuring member, provided are: a first locking mechanism that locks move of the position ensuring member at a standby position in an ensuring-operation direction toward a fitting assured position when a lever member is not at a completely fitted position; and a second locking mechanism that locks move of the position ensuring member at the fitting ensured position in an ensuring-release direction that is a reverse direction of the ensuring-operation direction when the lever member is at the completely fitted position. Between the lever member and the position ensuring member, provided is a locking release mechanism that releases a locked state of the position ensuring member with the first locking mechanism when the lever member comes at the completely fitted position.
Connector backshell assembly
A connector backshell assembly includes a module hood sealable against a connection port having a first connector, a harness hood configured to house a second connector mateable with the first connector, a backshell configured to provide strain relief to a wire harness extending from the second connector and securable on the harness hood after the second connector is housed within the harness hood, and a latch assembly having a latch handle moveable from a first position into a second position to move the harness hood into sealing engagement with the module hood.
Plug Connector and Connector Set with a Lever Extension
A plug connector pluggable together with a counter connector includes a connector housing having a guiding member and a lever device. The lever device has a lever transferrable from a plug position to a securing position, a coupling that is movable by the lever to engage the counter connector, and a lever extension attached to the lever and extendable and/or retractable with respect to the lever. A swivel movement of the lever out of the securing position is blocked by the lever extension retracted with respect to the lever. The guiding member blocks a shifting of the lever extension if the lever is moved out of the plug position and is not in the securing position.
DEVICE FOR OPENING AND CLOSING A CHARGING SOCKET
A device for opening and closing a charging socket includes a flap element. Using a shaft, the flap element is movably disposed on a housing of the charging socket, and the shaft comprises a first notch and a second notch. The device further includes a retaining element. The retaining element is mechanically attached to the flap element and comprises a bolt. Using the shaft, the flap element is transferrable from a closed position to an opened position. In the closed position of the flap element, the bolt of the retaining element is latched in the first notch of the shaft. In the opened position of the flap element, the bolt of the retaining element is latched in the second notch of the shaft.
CONNECTOR LEVER WITH WIRE GUIDE
An electrical connector having a connector housing and a lever. The connector housing has a first wall, a second wall and side walls which extend between the first wall and the second wall. Multiple contacts are positioned in contact receiving cavities of the housing. The multiple contacts have wires which extend therefrom. A lever is rotatably mounted relative to the connector housing. The lever has lever arms and a lever handle. The lever arms extend from the side walls of the housing and the lever handle extends between the lever arms. A wire guide is positioned on the lever. The lever is rotatable between a pre-insertion position and an insertion position. When the lever is in the insertion position, the wire guide engages the wires which extend from the housing to direct the wires to a designated position.
