LOCKING FASTENING DEVICE FOR TWO-PART ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS WITH AXIAL COUPLING
The locking fastening device for two-part electrical connectors with axial coupling includes two male mistake-proofing mechanisms and two female mistake-proofing mechanisms included in the parts. The mistake-proofing mechanisms are positioned on both sides of the contacts of the two parts of the male and female electrical connector and respectively includes at least a protuberance and a bore axially cooperative to produce the fastening of the parts, during coupling.
Connector with top- and bottom-stitched contacts
To help maintain and improve signal integrity, a connector housing can include one or more of the following: asymmetric keying features, asymmetric alignment features, and alternating stitched contacts. First and second contact rows and third and fourth contact rows can each have a first row pitch, and the second and the third contact rows can have a second, greater row pitch. First and second keying structures can be positioned non-symmetrically about both longitudinal and median centerlines of the connector housing. If first, second, third, and fourth contacts all lie on a common centerline of the connector housing, the first and the third contacts can be inserted in a first direction, and the second and the fourth contacts can be inserted in a second, opposite direction. First and second contact securing structures can engage the connector housing at different heights of the connector housing.
IMPROVED FOOL-PROOFING DEVICE, ELECTRICAL CONNECTION ASSEMBLY COMPRISING SAID IMPROVED FOOL-PROOFING DEVICE AND ASSOCIATED ASSEMBLY METHOD
An improved poka-yoke device for an electrical connection assembly having a first part (3) and a second part (4) which can be removably coupled via a mechanical link along a main axis (X). The first part (3) having a first poka-yoke member (31) and the second part (4) having a second poka-yoke member (41). The first part (3) having interlocking securing devices for interlockingly securing the first connector (1) to the panel (P) that accommodates it. The second part (4) having first interlocking fixing device that are arranged so as to fix the second part (4) to the second connector (2), The first part (3) and the second part (4) each having second complementary mechanical fixing devices that are intended to interact with one another by interlocking when the first connector (1) and the second connector (2) are coupled.
Connector for an Aircraft
An aircraft and its connector where the connector has a first pluggable unit and a second pluggable unit, the end of the first pluggable unit is provided with several terminal pins, the end of the second pluggable unit is provided with several terminal sockets, and the terminal pin and the terminal socket can be operatively connected in a corresponding manner. The end of the first pluggable unit and the end of the second pluggable unit are also provided with an error-proof protrusion part and an error-proof concave part respectively. The error-proof protrusion part and the error-proof concave part are operatively connected in a corresponding manner.
Electrical connector assembly
An electrical connector assembly includes a receptacle housing having a retaining device with a coupling hook portion and a plug housing configured to be mated and locked with the receptacle housing. The plug housing has a lever movable from a first position in which the plug housing and the receptacle housing are unlocked to a second position in which the plug housing is locked with the receptacle housing. The lever is rotatably mounted about a shaft arranged in and passing through the plug housing. The coupling hook portion is configured to engage with the shaft and, in the second position, the shaft is in abutment with the coupling hook portion to positively lock the plug housing and the receptacle housing together.
Assembly comprising a first connector, a second connector and a coding system selectively allowing connection
An assembly (10) includes a first connector (12), and a second connector (14) mobile in axial translation relative to the first connector, a first part (16) attached to the first connector, and a first sleeve (18) axially rotatable relative to the first part between a first plurality of positions, a first blocking device (20) blocking the first sleeve, a second part (22) attached to the second connector, and a second sleeve (24) axially rotatable relative to the second part between a second plurality of positions, a second blocking device (26) blocking the second sleeve. The first sleeve, the first part, the second sleeve, and the second part have shapes that provide a coding that allows connection only if the position of the first sleeve matches the position of the second sleeve.
SOCKET CONNECTOR DEVICE CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION
A socket connector device for mating with a central processing unit having conductive portions is provided. The socket connector device includes a circuit module, a terminal module, and a cover plate. The terminal module is placed on the circuit module. The terminal module includes a terminal block. The terminal module includes a terminal block, multiple rows of terminals integrally formed with the terminal block, and a support housing protecting the terminal block. Each terminal includes a first contact end and a second contact end corresponding to each other. The second contact end protrudes from the support housing. Each first contact end electrically contacts one conductive portion, and each second contact end electrically contacts the circuit module. The cover plate is rotatably assembled on the terminal module, so that the conductive portions of the central processing unit electrically contact or do not contact the terminals of the terminal block.
LOCKING DEVICE FOR ELECTRIC CONNECTORS AND ELECTRIC CONNECTORS EQUIPPED WITH THE DEVICE
Disclosed are a locking device and an assembly of conjugated electric connectors equipped with the locking device. The device includes: at least one latch presenting a first locking relief, at least one bolt that can be inserted into the latch, and a flexible tongue received in a casing of the bold, the tongue being provided with a second locking relief forming a fitting with the first locking relief. Application includes the implementation of connectors and in particular of high-power connectors for vehicles and electric pieces of equipment.
