SAFETY DEVICE FOR SOCKET
The present invention provides a safety device for socket, which comprises a switching circuit, a control module, and a detection module. The switching circuit is coupled between a supply main and an internal transmission structure of a socket. The control module is coupled to and controls the switching circuit. The detection module is coupled to the control module and outputs a detection signal. The control module controls the turning-on or cutoff of the switching circuit according to the detection signal. When the plug is not inserted into the socket, the control module cuts off the switching circuit. Then the power source from the supply main will not be transmitted to the internal transmission structure of the socket. After the plug is inserted into the socket, the control module turns on the switching circuit. Then the power source from the supply main will be transmitted to the plug via the switching circuit and the internal transmission structure of the socket. Thereby, the sparks can be avoided for preventing danger as well as extending the lifetime of the socket.
BUTTON STRUCTURE AND TERMINAL APPLYING SAME
A button structure and a terminal using the same are provided. The button structure includes a connecting element, a press element, and at least one elastic element connected to the connecting element and the press element. The elastic element is configured to provide a restoring force after the press element is pressed toward the connecting element. The connecting element is provided with an instruction transmission port and at least one of a current transmission port and a data transmission port. The press element is provided with an instruction triggering port and at least one of a current transmission pin and a data transmission pin. The current transmission pin is electrically connected to the current transmission port to output or input current. The data transmission pin is electrically connected to the data transmission port to output or input data.
Power Sharing Device
A power sharing device allows a single high voltage electric socket to be shared with one or more appliances and an EV charger. The device can be easily installed and used without updating the electric circuit of the dwelling. The device senses the load of the appliance socket(s) and automatically disconnects the EV charger socket if significant current is being drawn by the appliance(s). The device may also include a circuit breaker to prevent current overload of the electric circuit. These and other features of the device provide improved safety relative to existing solutions.
ELECTRICAL RECEPTACLE
An electrical receptacle is selectively coupled to a power plug, and the power plug includes a plurality of prongs insertable into the electrical receptacle. The electrical receptacle includes a contact configured to be engageable with one of the plurality of prongs, a power relay in electrical communication with the power source and the contact, and a switch electrically coupled to the power relay. The switch is moveable between a first position and a second position. The switch is biased toward the first position. The power relay is configured to disable electrical communication between the power source and the contact when the switch is positioned in the first position. The power relay is also configured to enable electrical communication between the power source and the contact in response to the one of the plurality of prongs slidably engaging the switch to move the switch into the second position.
CONNECTOR DEVICE
A connector device comprises a connector and a mating connector. The connector comprises a housing formed with an axis portion and holding a power terminal and a detection terminal. The mating connector comprises a mating housing formed with a mating axis portion and holding a mating power terminal and a mating detection terminal. When the axis portion and the mating axis portion are combined, the connector is turnable from an opened position to a closed position via a predetermined position. When the connector is located at the opened position, the power terminal and the detection terminal are unconnected to the mating power terminal and the mating detection terminal, respectively. When the connector is turned to the predetermined position, the power terminal is connected to the mating power terminal. When the connector is turned to the closed position, the detection terminal is connected to the mating detection terminal.
Power supply socket, power receiving head, display device, power supply device and power supply method thereof
The present disclosure provides a power supply socket and a power receiving head. The socket includes a power supply socket housing, a conductive member, a switching element, and a control component. The conductive member is provided in the power supply socket housing and can be connected to a conductive portion on a power receiving head. The switching element is provided in the housing and has an output end and a control end, the output end of the switching element is connected to the conductive member. The control component is provided in the housing and connected to the control end of the switching element, and is configured to detect the power receiving head, and control the switching element to be turned on when the power receiving head is detected, and control the switching element to be turned off when the power receiving head is not detected.
First connector, second connector and electrical connector assembly
The present disclosure provides a first connector, a second connector and a connector assembly having the first connector and the second connector. The first connector comprises an insulating base, two first conductive members fixed on the insulating base, a first magnetic attraction ring sheathing the insulating base, and a switch assembly fixed in the insulating base. The second connector comprises an insulating body, two second conductive members fixed on the insulating body, a second magnetic attraction ring sheathing an outer circumference of the insulating body, and a cover further sheathing an outer circumference of the second magnetic attraction ring. The first connector and the second connector can achieve a function of 360 degree mating and charging. The first connector integrates charging function and switch function which can save one connector, save space and cost in a small electronic device, facilitates miniaturization of the electronic device.
POWER SUPPLY SOCKET, POWER RECEIVING HEAD, DISPLAY DEVICE, POWER SUPPLY DEVICE AND POWER SUPPLY METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a power supply socket and a power receiving head. The socket includes a power supply socket housing, a conductive member, a switching element, and a control component. The conductive member is provided in the power supply socket housing and can be connected to a conductive portion on a power receiving head. The switching element is provided in the housing and has an output end and a control end, the output end of the switching element is connected to the conductive member. The control component is provided in the housing and connected to the control end of the switching element, and is configured to detect the power receiving head, and control the switching element to be turned on when the power receiving head is detected, and control the switching element to be turned off when the power receiving head is not detected.
Sparkless socket
A sparkless socket including a socket, a sensing module, a controller, a switching module, a pressing stick and a mechanical switch is provided. The sensing module includes an emitter and a receiver. The receiver receives an infrared light emitted by the emitter through a light guide element module and holes on slots of the socket and generates a sensing result accordingly. The pressing stick is pressed by a plug if the plug is plugged into the socket. The mechanical switch is controlled by the pressing stick to generate a first signal. The switching module is controlled by the controller to transmit an AC power provided by a city power system from the controller to the socket. The controller determines whether the plug is plugged into the socket according to the sensing result and the first signal and thereby enables or disables the switching module.
