Modular electrical connector with coils providing electromagnetic shielding
A modular connector includes a housing, a circuit board located in the housing, a connector assembly connected to the circuit board, and a coil module mounted to the circuit board. The connector assembly includes a number of conductive terminals. The coil module includes a first coil module and a second coil module. The first coil module includes a number of first coils and a number of first coil groups. The second coil module includes a second coil. The second coil is divided into a number of second coil groups along its circumference. The first coil groups and corresponding second coil groups are coupled, thereby improving the electromagnetic shielding effect of the modular connector.
Connector assembly
An embodiment connector assembly includes a housing including an inner space formed therein, wherein ends of a main-line terminal and a sub-line terminal are inserted into a first side of the inner space, a main-line port inserted into and fixed to the inner space of the housing and electrically connected to the end of the main-line terminal inserted into the inner space, a sub-line port inserted into and fixed to the inner space of the housing and electrically connected to the end of the sub-line terminal inserted into the inner space, and a noise filter disposed between the main-line port and the sub-line port and electrically connected to each of the main-line port and the sub-line port, wherein the noise filter is configured to reduce a noise in a signal transmitted between the main-line port and the sub-line port.
Battery pack connector
Provided is a battery pack connector having a simple structure and capable of effectively preventing noise from flowing into or out of a battery pack. The battery pack connector includes: a communication connecting unit configured to be connectable to a communication wire for exchanging information with the battery management system; and a power supply connecting unit configured to be connectable to a power supply wire for supplying driving power to the battery management system and having at least a portion including a noise blocking material.
CONNECTOR
The present invention aims to stably arrange a terminal fitting in a ferrite core. A connector includes a housing, a ferrite core, and a terminal fitting. The ferrite core includes a first hole that penetrates the ferrite core. The housing includes a receiving portion that receives the ferrite core, and a second hole that is arranged in front of the first hole of the ferrite core received in the receiving portion. The terminal fitting includes a tubular portion extending from the inside of the first hole to the inside of the second hole. At least one of an inner peripheral surface of the second hole and an outer peripheral surface of the tubular portion includes a protrusion (for example, a second protrusion) that is in contact with the other peripheral surface so as to hold the tubular portion within the second hole.
