RETAINING FRAME FOR A PLUG CONNECTOR, METHOD, PLUG CONNECTOR AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A retaining frame for a plug connector for receiving contact inserts includes: a base frame having two opposing side walls and two opposing end walls, the two side walls and the two end walls enclosing an interior space of the base frame into which the contact inserts are introducible along an insertion direction, the side walls having a respective inner surface facing in a direction of the interior space and a respective outer surface directed away from the interior space; and securing means which, in a secured state, retain the contact inserts introduced into the interior space of the base frame on the base frame, the securing means respectively having a bracket element and an actuation lever, the bracket element being transferrable into a closed position in which the bracket element is in engagement with a retaining lug of an introduced contact insert, and into an open position.
CONNECTOR CONNECTION STRUCTURE
A connector connection structure includes: a first connector; a second connector electrically connected to the first connector; a unit to which the first connector is ground-connected; and a seal member sealing a gap between the first connector and the unit. The unit has a hole portion that includes a first portion and a second portion having a diameter smaller than a diameter of the first portion. The first connector includes shield shell provided with a contact portion having a contact part that is to abut an inner peripheral surface. A radius of the first portion is larger than a distance from a central axis of an electric wire of the first connector to a contact part in a neutral state. A core wire of the electric wire is electrically connected to a terminal portion of the second connector via a terminal portion of the first connector.

Adjustable depth electrical wall mount ring
An adjustable depth electrical wall mount ring can include a base ring and a finishing ring. The base ring can be configured to be attached to a junction box. The finishing ring can be configured to be adjusted relative to a ring portion of the base ring to extend away from the junction box through a wall layer. Adjusting the finishing ring can cause one or more outward extensions on the finishing ring to bear on an exterior surface of a wall layer and thereby urge the junction box towards the wall layer.
Surface mount electrical connector
A surface mount electrical connector and methods of making and using a surface mount electrical connector. The connector includes a housing and a contact subassembly received in the housing. The contact subassembly includes interface contacts, board termination contacts, and an internal circuit board. The interface contacts and the board termination contacts are mounted to the internal circuit board to electrically connect the interface contacts and the board termination contacts through the internal circuit board. Each of surface mount tail ends of the board termination contacts has a bent portion that defines a mounting surface configured to be surface mounted to a mounting face of a main circuit board, to establish an electrical connection between the board termination contacts and the main circuit board.
Wire harness and grommet detachment preventing structure
A wire harness includes a connector, a grommet assembled to the connector and being in close contact with one opening edge portion of an attachment hole of a panel, and a plurality of electric wires that are inserted into the grommet. The connector includes terminal fittings provided at end portions of the plurality of electric wires, a connector housing that accommodates the terminal fittings, and an inner member having an annular plate-shaped flange disposed outside the connector housing. The grommet includes a flange assembly portion that is assembled to the flange, and an electric wire accommodating dome portion that accommodates drawn-out portions of the plurality of electric wires being drawn out from the connector housing. The inner member includes two deformation preventing walls that prevent the electric wire accommodating dome portion from being deformed inward.

ALTERNATIVE CURRENT SOCKET DEVICE
An alternating current (AC) inlet device for an electronic device includes a socket; a slot; a conductive plug module, connected to an AC current; and a steel piece, comprising a main part, a first extension part and a second extension part, wherein the main part is fixed on an exterior of the socket by a fixing element on a shell of the socket, and the first extension part and the second extension part are electrically connected to a conducting point of the electronic device.
Terminal Protector, Connector and Connector Assembly
A terminal protector, a connector and a connector assembly are disclosed. the terminal protector has: a side wall; and a base plate connected to the bottom of the side wall and formed with a hole allowing the terminal to pass through. A first elastic cantilever is formed on the side wall of the terminal protector, the first elastic cantilever is a part of the side wall, and the inner and outer surfaces of the first elastic cantilever are respectively flush with the inner and outer surfaces of the side wall, so that the first elastic cantilever does not occupy the space outside the side wall. In the present invention, the elastic cantilever on the terminal protector does not occupy the space outside the side wall of the terminal protector. Therefore, it does not need to occupy the additional space inside the connector, and the effective utilization rate of the internal space of the connector is improved.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness includes a cable constituted of a plurality of electric wires bundled together so as to include a plurality of cable ends and a plurality of connectors mounted one-to-one on the plurality of cable ends, wherein each of the plurality of connectors includes a connector terminal connected to an end of the electric wire, a tubular housing body accommodating the connector terminal, and a flange formed to project from an outer circumferential surface of the housing body. On a fitting side for fitting with a mating connector, the flange has a rugged shape that differs between the plurality of connectors.
