Terminal strip and terminal strip block
A terminal strip for latching onto a mounting rail includes a terminal housing that has a first connection side and a second connection side and a busbar arranged in the terminal housing. At least two conductor connection elements are arranged in the terminal housing. The conductor connection elements each connect at least one conductor to the busbar. Each conductor connection element has a first function shaft having at least one plug-in connection receiving region and at least a second function shaft having at least one screw-connection receiving region arranged on each of the two connection sides of the terminal housing. One connection region is formed for each plug-connection receiving region and for each screw-connection receiving region in the busbar. The function shafts of one connection side are arranged in a manner spaced apart from one another.
PAD EXTENDING MEMBER
A pad extender for coupling a connector coupled to a conductor cable to a lug terminal member of a transformer. The pad extender includes a planar body having a first portion and a second portion. The first portion has a first axis. The pad extender further includes an elongated slot defined in the first portion of the planar body extending parallel to the first axis. The first portion is couplable to the lug terminal member via a first fastener extending through the slot. The planar body is slidable relative to the lug terminal member along a length of the elongated slot. The pad extender further includes a plurality of apertures defined in the second portion. The connector is couplable to the second portion via a second fastener extending through one of the apertures of the second portion.
BRUSHLESS ELECTRIC MOTOR WITH BUSBAR UNIT
A brushless electric motor includes a rotor rotatable about an axis of rotation, a stator that surrounds the rotor externally and includes a stator core and coils wound on the stator core, and a busbar assembly including a busbar holder surrounding first busbars. The windings are made of a winding wire including a first end portion on one side and a second end portion on another side of the winding wire. The first busbars are electrically contacted with the second end portions, the busbar holder being placed on a top of the stator, and the busbar holder includes fastening arms which engage in longitudinal grooves of the stator.
Pad extending member
A pad extender for connecting a conductor cable to a transformer. The pad extender includes a planar body including a first portion and a second portion. The pad extender further includes a pair of through-openings defined in the first portion of the planar body. Each of the pair of through-openings is configured to receive two fasteners. The pad extender further includes at least one aperture defined in the second portion of the planar body. The planar body is slidable relative to the transformer along the pair of through-openings.
Leaf spring sliding contact for electrically actuated rocker arm assembly
A valvetrain includes a rocker arm assembly and a power transfer module that provides power to the rocker arm assembly. The power transfer module includes a mounting frame that positions a resilient contact to abut and slide over a corresponding contact on the rocker arm assembly thereby maintain an electrical connection to the rocker arm assembly during rocker arm assembly operation. In some embodiments the structure facilitates retention of the rocker arm assembly on a pivot. The contact on the rocker arm may be provided by a contact pin. The mounting frame may abut and/or go around a pivot for the rocker arm assembly. A contact frame on the rocker arm may hold conductors of the electrical circuit extending from the contacts.
Housing element, electric line arrangement, and production method therefor
A housing element for attachment to an electric flat conductor rail. The housing element includes a flat conductor socket extending in a first direction, and a plug connector flange extending in a second direction transverse to the first direction, and including an interior contact part receptacle. The plug connector flange is further separated from the flat conductor socket by a wall. A passage opening connects the flat conductor socket to the contact-part receptacle. The present disclosure further relates to an electric line arrangement including such a housing element and to a production method therefor.
Motor
A motor includes a stator including a stator core and coils, and neutral point bus bars disposed on a first side of the coils in an axial direction. The plural coils include a first coil group of a first control system, and a second coil group of a second control system. The neutral point bus bars include a first neutral point bus bar to which the coils of the first coil group are electrically connected, and a second neutral point bus bar to which the coils of the second coil group are connected. At least two of the neutral point bus bars are disposed at positions that overlap each other in the radial direction.
Integrated assembly of an electrical conductor, a fuse and a connector
An integrated assembly of an electrical conductor, a fuse, and a connector includes a conductor body having a conductor terminal secured thereto. A conductor housing includes a support portion engaging the conductor body and a connector interface containing the conductor terminal. The conductor cover is releasably secured to the support portion and covers the conductor body. The fuse is disposed within the connector interface and is connected to the conductor terminal. A connector includes a connector housing that is supported on the connector interface and a connector terminal that is disposed within the connector housing. The connector terminal is connected to the fuse to complete the integrated assembly.
