MOUNTING ASSEMBLY FOR AN ELECTRICALLY-POWERED DEVICE
A mounting assembly for electro-mechanically connecting an electrically-powered device to a structure includes a housing, a first printed circuit board, an adapter, and a second printed circuit board. The housing has a shape defining a front opening and a first mating structure. The first printed circuit board is located within the housing and has a first plurality of electrical contacts facing the front opening. The adapter is attachable to the device and has a second mating structure that removably engages with the first mating structure of the housing. The second printed circuit board is coupled with the adapter and has a second plurality of electrical contacts exposed on its back surface to electrically connect to the first plurality of electrical contacts when the first mating structure of the housing engages with the second mating structure of the adapter.
Receptacle connector for a light sensor assembly for a light fixture
A light sensor assembly includes a receptacle connector configured to be mounted to a light fixture and configured to receive a sensor connector having a photocontrol component including a housing, a spring element and a housing retainer. The housing has a base extending through a fixture housing. The housing has locating features configured to engage a locating feature of the fixture to hold a rotational position of the housing. The housing retainer is positionable on the interior of the fixture housing on the base engaging the spring element. The housing is rotatably positionable on the fixture by lifting upward on the housing to compress the spring element to disengage the locating features of the housing from the locating feature of the fixture and rotating the housing to a new position.
POWER CONTACTS FOR A LIGHT SENSOR ASSEMBLY
A light sensor assembly includes a sensor connector having a housing including a top and a bottom with power contact channels in the bottom of the housing. The sensor connector includes a circuit board supported by the housing at the top having a sensor component electrically connected to the circuit board sensing an environmental characteristic exterior of the sensor connector. The sensor connector includes power contacts received in corresponding contact channels and extending from the bottom for electrical connection with receptacle power contacts of the receptacle connector. The power contacts include a neutral power contact, a line power contact and a load power contact, where the line power contact and the load power contact are integral as a unitary contact body forming a monolithic line-load power contact.
Lamp assembly having fixture unit with electric connecting mechanism
A lamp assembly having fixture unit with electric connecting mechanism includes a fixture assembly which includes a fixed body, multiple conductive plates and multiple connectors. The fixed body has a first recessed area, multiple first slots, multiple second slots and multiple first connection portions. The conductive plates and the connectors are electrically connected to each other and are connected to the first connection portions. A lamp unit is connected to the fixed body and includes a base which has multiple hooks hooked with the first slots. Each hook has a third hole. A circuit board is located in the baes and includes light sources and multiple conductive pins. The conductive pins extend through the third holes and located in the second slots so as to be connected with the conductive plates to provide electric power to the circuit board.
Receptacle sockets for twist-lock connectors
A twist-lock connector that includes a printed circuit board component with one or more flexible portions is disclosed. The flexible portions may be formed within an interior portion of the printed circuit board by routing or otherwise removing a portion of the printed circuit board to create one or a plurality of side for each flexible portion. One or more electrical contacts may be positioned on each flexible portion and arranged to be electrically coupled with male electrical contacts that are part of a corresponding twist-lock plug, thereby deflecting the flexible portions. When deflected, the flexible portions exert an opposing, biasing force in the direction of the male electrical contacts to maintain contact there between. One or more of a mounting base and a support base may be clamped to either or both sides of the printed circuit board to provide further stability for the flexible portions.
MOUNTING ASSEMBLY FOR AN ELECTRICALLY-POWERED DEVICE

The housing has a shape defining a front opening and a first mating structure. The first printed circuit board is located within the housing and has a first plurality of electrical contacts facing the front opening. The adapter is attachable to the device and has a second mating structure that removably engages with the first mating structure of the housing. The second printed circuit board is coupled with the adapter and has a second plurality of electrical contacts exposed on its back surface to electrically connect to the first plurality of electrical contacts when the first mating structure of the housing engages with the second mating structure of the adapter.
TWIST-LOCK LIGHT CONTROL MODULE FOR A LIGHT FIXTURE
A light control module includes a plug connector configured to be mated with a receptacle connector mounted to the light fixture. The plug connector has a plug connector housing holding plug power contacts. The plug connector housing has a base with a top configured to support a control circuit board and a bottom facing the receptacle connector. The plug power contacts are received in power contact channels and include twist lock plug terminals and board terminals. The twist lock plug terminals have mating ends have rotate-to-mate interfaces configured to be connected to the receptacle power contacts in a rotation direction. The board terminals have mating ends configured to be electrically connected to the control circuit board to electrically connect the twist lock plug terminals to the control circuit board.
