Pin terminal assembly

A pin terminal assembly includes a pin terminal having a retention section and a cavity adaptor formed of a non-conductive material and engaging the retention section. The cavity adaptor has an outer shape corresponding to a cavity of a housing in which the pin terminal is inserted. The cavity adaptor retains the pin terminal in the cavity.

Electrical cable splice

An electrical cable splice includes a housing having a channel configured to hold a first signal conductor of a first electrical cable therein. The channel is configured to hold a second signal conductor of a second electrical cable therein in electrical engagement with the first signal conductor such that the first and second signal conductors are electrically interconnected. The second electrical cable has a greater diameter than the first electrical cable. A ground shield external to the housing such that the ground shield extends at least partially around the first and second signal conductors. The ground shield is electrically connected to electrical ground conductors of the first and second electrical cables.

WIRE ASSEMBLY WITH WELDED CONTACT

A connection method of an RF cable end connector and a coaxial cable and an internal terminal used thereof are provided. An insulator is formed outside a body of the internal terminal by embedded molding, making the internal terminal have a composite structure integrated with the insulator. The internal terminal can be connected to the coaxial cable by, for example, clamping. This allows connection between the RF cable end connector and the coaxial cable to be easily accomplished by automatic processes, thereby reducing fabrication costs of RF cable end connector jumpers.

HYBRID CONNECTION SYSTEM USING FACTORY CONNECTORIZED PIGTAIL

A hybrid optical and electrical connection system includes a connectorized pigtail and a closure. The connectorized pigtail includes: a) a stub cable including a jacket containing at least one optical fiber and at least two electrical conductors, the stub cable having opposite first and second ends; and b) a hybrid optical and electrical connector that is factory terminated at the first end of the stub cable. The closure mounts at the second end of the stub cable for enclosing optical and electrical connections between the second end of the stub cable and a field cable.

Connection Terminal and Electrical Connector

A connection terminal is provided and includes a body, a welding pin, a first stop, a second stop, and a third stop. The body includes a pair of planar surfaces and a pair of side surfaces. The welding pin extends from an end of the body. The first stop extends outwardly from one of the pair of side surfaces, while the second stop extends outwardly from another of the pair of side surfaces. The third stop protrudes outwardly from one of pair of planar surfaces.

PLASTIC WINDOW

A plastic window includes a plastic window body, a conductive portion, a first bus bar, and a second bus bar. The window body is formed in a plate shape and has a first surface and a second surface on both sides thereof. The conductive portion and the first bus bar are made of a conductive material and disposed on the second surface of the window body. The first bus bar is electrically connected to the conductive portion. The second bus bar is made of a conductive metal strip and disposed to be electrically connected to the first bus bar. The second bus bar has a main body, first fixing portions, and second fixing portions. The first fixing portions fix the main body to the second surface. The second fixing portions extend from the main body along the second surface and are attached to the first bus bar.
