CONNECTOR ARRANGEMENT
A connector assembly for an electrical connection, the connector assembly includes a plug and a socket. The plug includes a connector and a frame. The connector has a solid core conductor, the solid core conductor has an end portion. The frame surrounds the solid core conductor except for the end portion. The end portion is deformed to overlap the frame. The socket includes a socket conductor and a receiving portion into which the plug engages. The end portion directly contacts the socket conductor to form an electrical contact and causes the frame to deflect and provide a bias to force the end portion and the socket conductor into direct contact with one another.
CRIMP CONNECTOR
A crimp connector for a wire includes first and second clamping plates connected via a bending portion so as to be pivotable with respect to one another for clamping the wire between them in a clamping state. Inner surfaces of the clamping plates are designed as clamping surfaces having a plurality of elongated depressions and elongated ribs that run perpendicularly to a pivot axis of the bending portion. The ribs of one clamping plate are each arranged and dimensioned in such a way that they are at least partially arranged in the depressions of the other clamping plate in the clamping state such that a wire clamped between the clamping plates in the clamping state is formed into a meandering shape. Distance between adjacent depressions in at least one of the first and second clamping plates varies along the clamping surface on a straight line parallel to the pillar axis.
Terminal
A terminal comprises an insert sheet connecting part and a cable connecting part. The insert sheet connecting part defines a slot sized to receive an insert sheet. The slot is delimited by a bottom wall, a top wall and two side walls. The two side walls are formed by upwardly bent extensions of left and right sides of the bottom wall. The top wall defines two top wall portions formed by inwardly bent portions of the two side walls respectively. The top wall includes a protrusion extending toward the bottom wall, and a reinforcing rib extending from one side wall to the corresponding top wall portion formed by bending the one side wall.

Electrical assembly and method
An electrical assembly includes a terminal having a terminal body, a first wing extending from the terminal body, and/or a second wing extending from the terminal body. An electrical assembly may include a conductor in electrical contact with the first wing. The conductor may include a conductive layer and/or an insulative layer. An inner surface of the first wing and/or an outer surface of the first wing may be in direct contact with the conductive layer of the conductor.

CRIMPING ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CRIMPING ELEMENT
The crimping element for holding a wire with a nominal diameter of approximately 0.1 mm or less comprises sheet-metal with a base portion extending in a base plane and a holding portion connected to the base portion. The holding portion comprises first and second clamping elements spaced apart from each other by a holding portion recess. The first element comprises a first clamping portion extending in a first plane and connected to the base portion and a second clamping portion, forming a first clamping region for holding the wire. The second element comprises a third clamping portion extending in a second plane and connected to the base portion and a fourth clamping portion, forming a second clamping region for holding the wire The first plane forms a first angle approximately 0°-10° with the base portion plane. The second plane forms a second angle approximately 1°-10° with the first plane.
Two-Way Crimpless Butt Connector
A two-way crimpless butt connector is provided. The butt connector includes a cylindrical housing including a pair of open ends providing two-way entry into the housing, a cylindrical conduit including a pair of open ends each configured to receive an end of a wire therein, and a fastener configured to secure and adjoin the pair of wire ends in the conduit. The fastener includes bendable teeth disposed on the open ends of the conduit. The teeth protrude radially inwardly and form an opening including a diameter smaller than a diameter of the wire ends. When a wire end is inserted into the conduit, the teeth bend with the wire end, thereby engaging the wire end and securing it within the conduit. In this way, the wire ends may be inserted into the housing, adjoined, and locked in the conduit without the use of a crimper, thereby establishing an electrical connection therebetween.

Waterproof structure for stopping water between bare wires of multiple circuits
A waterproof structure for stopping water between bare wires of multiple circuits stopping water between bare wires all together for plural covered wires each of which has a stripped wire exposed part formed by removing a cover material in an intermediate portion thereof, and is folded over at the stripped wire exposed part; a non-electrically conductive wire support supporting plural covered wires so as to prevent short-circuits between the stripped wire exposed parts of plural covered wires; a container accommodating portions of plural covered wires supported by the wire support and the stripped wire exposed part; and a thermosetting waterproofing agent filled into the container to immerse at least the stripped wire exposed parts of plural covered wires and cured to immerse the stripped wire exposed part and clearance between plural covered wires.
