Pin terminal assembly
A pin terminal assembly includes a pin terminal having a retention section and a cavity adaptor formed of a non-conductive material and engaging the retention section. The cavity adaptor has an outer shape corresponding to a cavity of a housing in which the pin terminal is inserted. The cavity adaptor retains the pin terminal in the cavity.

Sleeve and shield terminal manufacturing method
A sleeve (11) is a hollow cylindrical member provided in a shield terminal (10), and pressable by a wire barrel (18) by being arranged between an insulating portion (63) and a shield portion (62) of a shielded cable (60). A convex portion (36) shaped to bulge radially outward over an entire circumference is provided at an intermediate position of the sleeve (11) in an axial direction. The convex portion (36) is crushed and elongated by the wire barrel (18) of an outer conductor terminal (13). The insulating portion (63) can be prevented from being excessively compressed.
Electrical cable splice
An electrical cable splice includes a housing having a channel configured to hold a first signal conductor of a first electrical cable therein. The channel is configured to hold a second signal conductor of a second electrical cable therein in electrical engagement with the first signal conductor such that the first and second signal conductors are electrically interconnected. The second electrical cable has a greater diameter than the first electrical cable. A ground shield external to the housing such that the ground shield extends at least partially around the first and second signal conductors. The ground shield is electrically connected to electrical ground conductors of the first and second electrical cables.

CERAMIC HEATER CONNECTOR
A connector includes a shell, an insert that fits within the shell, and a socket that extends within the insert. The socket includes a hood, a body within the hood, an annular tine extending from the body within the hood, an annular lip extending around the tine adjacent an end of the tine, and a cavity formed within the tine.
Terminal, electric wire with terminal using the terminal, and electric connection member
A terminal includes a conductor connecting part, a terminal connecting part, and a graphene film. When a first metal material and a third metal material forming a conductor of an electric wire have different ionization tendencies, the graphene film is provided to be arranged between a first surface and the conductor of the electric wire when the conductor of the electric wire is electrically connected to the conductor connecting part. When a second metal material and a fourth metal material forming a surface of an opposite terminal have different ionization tendencies, the graphene film is provided to be arranged between a second surface and the surface of the opposite terminal when the opposite terminal is electrically connected to the terminal connecting part.
Aluminum alloy wire, aluminum alloy strand wire, covered electrical wire, and terminal-equipped electrical wire
An aluminum alloy contains equal to or more than 0.005 mass % and equal to or less than 2.2 mass % of Fe, and a remainder of Al and an inevitable impurity. In a transverse section of the aluminum alloy wire, a surface-layer void measurement region in a shape of a rectangle having a short side length of 30 μm and a long side length of 50 μm is defined within a surface layer region extending from a surface of the aluminum alloy wire by 30 μm in a depth direction, and a total cross-sectional area of voids in the surface-layer void measurement region is equal to or less than 2 μm.sup.2.
PLUG CONNECTOR ARRANGEMENT WITH COMPENSATION CRIMP
A plug arrangement having a plug and a cable that is connected thereto and includes at least one inner conductor and an outer conductor surrounding the inner conductor(s); an axial terminal section of the outer conductor is electrically connected to a sleeve portion of an outer conductor housing of the plug, said sleeve portion surrounding the outer conductor; a crimp point comprising a radial constriction of the sleeve portion is located between the axial terminal section of the outer conductor and the axial end of the inner conductor in the longitudinal direction (L) of the cable.
Coaxial Cable Connector
A coaxial cable connector comprising an inner sleeve, a nut and an outer sleeve, wherein the inner sleeve includes a first outer flange, a first rear extension portion, and a first surface being between the first outer flange and the first rear extension portion; the nut includes an inner threaded surface, and a first inner flange being between the first outer flange and the first surface; the outer sleeve includes a second rear extension portion and a second inner flange being on the first surface and an annular space formed between the first and second rear extension portions, wherein the outer sleeve further comprises a second outer flange disposed on the out surface of the outer sleeve outside the annular space, wherein the second outer flange has a maximum diameter greater than an outer diameter of the second inner flange, and an axial distance between a front end of the second outer flange and a rear end of the outer sleeve is greater than twice of that between the front end of the second outer flange and a front end of the annular space.
