EASY MOUNTING CABLE GROUNDING ASSEMBLIES FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENCLOSURES
Electrical grounding assemblies for electrically grounding cables in cable closures. A grounding unit of the grounding assembly can serve as a common ground connection to multiple cables. The grounding unit includes mounting features that allow it to be easily mounted and unmounted from a slotted base plate positioned within the cable closure.
ATTACHING AN ISOLATED SINGLE STUD FUSE TO AN ELECTRICAL DEVICE
An electrical device assembly and method to attach an isolated single stud fuse assembly to an electrical device are disclosed. The electrical device assembly consists of multiple studs, one or more of which is replaced with the isolated single stud fuse. A conductive copper landing zone receives an electrically isolated steel stud. When the landing pad assembly is orbital riveted into a plastic housing of the electrical device, the stud is locked into the housing permanently. Electrical devices such as disconnect switches and power distribution modules, both of which include multiple studs, are good candidates for being adapted with the single stud fuse assembly.
TERMINAL FASTENERS FOR TRACTION BATTERIES
Aspects of the present disclosure relate to a terminal fastener for electrically connecting a battery terminal associated with at least part of a traction battery to an electrical circuit of a vehicle, the terminal fastener comprising: a terminal engaging portion configured to engage with the battery terminal; a tool receiving portion configured to receive a tool to fasten the terminal engaging portion to the battery terminal; and insulation configured to cover at least part of the terminal fastener.
PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD CONNECTOR AND MODULE DEVICE COMPRISING SAME
Disclosed are a printed circuit board connector according to an embodiment and a module device including same. The printed circuit board connector comprises: a substrate; holes formed in the substrate at predetermined intervals and coated with a metal material on the inner circumferential surface thereof so as to form a metal layer; a first metal pad formed at one end of the holes and connected to the metal layer; and a second metal pad formed at the other end of the holes and connected to the metal layer.
QUICK-LOCKING PISTON-TYPE FLOATING POWER SUPPLY CONNECTOR
A quick-locking piston-type floating power supply connector includes a housing assembly, a contact assembly, and a base assembly, wherein the housing assembly is sleeved on an outer wall of one end of the base assembly, one end of the contact assembly is fixed in the base assembly, the other end of the contact assembly extends from the base assembly, the other end of the contact assembly extends outwards to be partially embedded into a cover plate assembly, a floating contact member of a piston-type structure is vertically arranged at the terminal of the other end of the contact assembly, the floating contact member is mounted in the cover plate assembly, a mounting opening of the floating contact member extends outwards to the cover plate assembly, and the floating contact member is used for meeting the electrical assembly requirements of PCBs with different heights.
Electrical junction box and method for manufacturing electrical junction box
Provided are an electrical junction box for which the time required for production is short, and a method for manufacturing the electrical junction box. An electrical junction box houses an electric device. A plurality of external devices are connected to each other via the electric device housed in the electrical junction box. The electrical junction box includes a housing box and a connector. The housing box is provided with an insertion port 40 into which the connector is inserted, and an opposite opening that is opposite to the insertion port. The insertion port and the opposite opening have the same axial direction. Inside the housing box, a component can be attached to the connector.
WIRING HARNESS AND PROTECTOR
A wiring harness is provided with a first wire member including a first terminal and a first wire and a protector for accommodating the first wire member. The protector includes a protector body, a bolt and a restricting portion. The protector body has a bottom wall extending in a length direction, two side walls projecting from both side edges of the bottom wall and facing each other, and an opening formed by the two side walls and facing the bottom wall. The bolt projects from the protector body and is inserted into a through hole of the terminal. The restricting portion covers only a part of the first wire member closer to a side opposite to a tip side of the first terminal than the through hole in the length direction, and restricts a movement of the first wire member in a projecting direction of the bolt.
Arc Resistant Power Terminal
An electrical terminal for coupling to a conductive structure includes a body having a wire receiving portion for receiving a conductor. A cup portion is electrically coupled with the wire receiving portion and a boss portion extends from the cup portion. An overmold structure of insulation material is formed on the cup portion and covers the cup portion sides. An aperture is formed in the body and extends through the cup portion and the boss portion for receiving a post of the conductive structure for securing the terminal to the conductive structure. A fastener is configured for engaging a post and securing the boss portion against the conductive structure. The boss portion is configured to surround the aperture for providing an electrically conductive surface free from insulation material for interfacing with the conductive structure. The fastener and post are contained in the cup portion and an insulative cap is configured for engaging the overmold structure and sealing the cup structure around the fastener and post of a conductive structure.
Substrate unit
Provided is a substrate unit including a case accommodating a circuit board; a bus bar electrically connected to the circuit board, and includes an extending portion extending out of the case; and an external thread portion for electrically connecting the extending portion to a connection terminal of a wire harness, the external thread portion including a shaft portion with an external thread, and a head portion that is noncircular, and protrudes at one end portion of the shaft portion in a radial direction of the shaft portion, wherein the case includes a fitting recess to which the head portion is fitted by sliding the external thread portion in a direction intersecting an axial direction of the external thread portion, and that has an abutment surface by which the head portion is stopped, and, at least on the two sides of the abutment surface, relief recesses that define a gap.
